Como será o seu dia a dia: Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSerá responsável exclusivamente pelo setor de móveis: criando cenários de arrumação junto ao VM para atração de clientes;Atendimento ao cliente: Realizar atendimento presencial e online, prospecção de novos clientes; Atender o cliente com excelência, proporcionando uma experiência única e encantadora, construir uma cartela de clientes, identificar tendências e necessidades dos clientes, Fazer orçamentos, elaboração de propostas e fechamento de pedidos; Realizar vendas consultivas dos móveis de acordo com a necessidade dos clientes;Responsável pelo abastecimento dos móveis da loja, assegurando que toda a variedade dos produtos da loja estejam expostos;Precificação dos itens, todos os movéis expostos na loja devem estar precificados,independente de onde estejam expostos. Realizar as alterações de preços do RPVAL diário;Limpeza: Deverá realizar e garantir a limpeza diária de todos os móveis expostos da loja;Conferência das mercadorias: Garantir a correta conferência das mercadorias junto com a nota fiscal/espelho da nota. Sempre assinar a nota fiscal.Organização do depósito: Garantir que as mercadorias sejam armazenadas de forma correta para que não gerem avarias;Divergência na conferência das mercadorias recebidas pelo CD (Sobras ou faltas): solicitar ao gerente que realize a conferência, se confirmada o conferente deve sinalizar ao chefe de depósito para separar a mercadoria e sinalizar com placa de divergência e entregar para a recepção a nota fiscal sinalizada para ser aberta a NRI. O conferente assina a nota fiscal junto com o gerente que conferiu;Descarga das mercadorias: Atuar junto com a equipe do estoque no descarregamento das mercadorias recebidas pelo caminhão;Apoio no caixa: Operar caixas de varejo/Atacado em momentos de alto fluxo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo; Conhecimento em arrumação da loja;Foco em resultados;Bom relacionamento interpessoal;Possuir habilidade com negociação;Ser proativo;Habilidades de comunicação;Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe;Conhecimento básico de Pacote Office.
