Buscamos um(a) Consultor(a) de Vendas para atuar na prospecção de novos clientes, gestão da carteira e atendimento consultivo, acompanhando todo o processo comercial, do primeiro contato ao pós-venda.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento consultivo a clientes, compreendendo suas necessidades e identificando as melhores soluções em seguros, consórcios e planos de saúde;Realizar prospecção ativa de novos clientes por meio de ligações, WhatsApp, redes sociais, indicações e demais canais comerciais;Atuar na gestão e desenvolvimento da carteira de clientes, buscando novas oportunidades de negócios e fortalecendo o relacionamento;Realizar levantamento de necessidades, cotações, simulações e elaboração de propostas comerciais;Realizar follow-up de leads, propostas e negociações, acompanhando as oportunidades até a conclusão da venda;Desenvolver estratégias de cross-selling e up-selling, identificando novas necessidades e oportunidades dentro da carteira;Realizar o acompanhamento do cliente no pós-venda, garantindo suporte, fortalecendo o relacionamento e identificando novas oportunidades;Identificar oportunidades de parcerias, indicações e novos negócios para expansão da carteira;Trabalhar de forma integrada com as áreas administrativas e operacionais da corretora, garantindo o correto andamento das vendas e demandas dos clientes.Requisitos e qualificações Ensino médio completoBoa comunicação verbal e escritaBoa capacidade de relacionamento interpessoalOrganização, atenção aos detalhes e abertura aprendizado contínuoExperiência no ramo será diferencial.Informações adicionaisOferecemos:Salário fixoSeguro de vidaVale-refeiçãoVale-transporte ou Ajuda combustívelAtuação de segunda à sexta-feira, em horário comercial.
