Viabilizar a implantação dessas propostas junto as equipes multidisciplinares envolvidas no processo de implantação. Também será responsável por:Acompanhar progresso de novas oportunidades implantadas afim de identificar possíveis prejuízos em novas implantações;Realizar quando necessário mapeamento dos processos;Montar e realizar apresentações dos projetos e resultados;Realizar follow-up com Unidades/Setores quando necessário.Realizar análise e parecer técnico dos projetos implantados e a serem implantados;Reunir e organizar protocolos de práticas assistenciais que auxiliem auditorias nas implantações dos projetos;Realizar mapeamento das práticas assistenciais existentes nas Unidades e propor melhorias a partir dos resultados obtidos.Realizar reuniões com Auditores a fim de discutir métodos de defesa das cobranças hospitalares;Indicar novas Oportunidades;Acompanhar indicadores de Glosa e realizar follow-up com as áreas a fim de entender motivos e corrigi-los.Realizar pesquisa sobre inovações em materiais hospitalares.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo em Enfermagem; Ter amplo conhecimento técnico de materiais descartáveis hospitalares (finalidade, aplicação e indicação de uso) e conhecimento de valores financeiros (custo x venda);Desejável conhecimento técnico de protocolos internos dos hospitais, práticas e processos assistenciais.
