🔹 O Consultor Técnico é responsável pelo atendimento direto aos clientes nas oficinas da rede de concessionárias, atuando como elo entre o cliente e a equipe técnica. Sua missão é compreender as necessidades, esclarecer dúvidas, orientar sobre serviços e reparos necessários, garantindo a transparência e a qualidade do atendimento. Além disso, deve atuar de forma estratégica para o alcance das metas estabelecidas, incluindo aumento do ticket médio, venda de serviços adicionais e agregados, fidelização do cliente e cumprimento das metas de NPS. Deve assegurar a execução com qualidade, em conformidade com os processos e padrões estipulados pela montadora, agregando valor ao atendimento da concessionária e contribuindo para a geração de resultados sustentáveis.Responsabilidades e atribuições🔹 - Atender clientes na recepção de serviços, identificando suas demandas e registrando ordens de serviço, conforme padrões da montadora.🔹 - Orientar clientes quanto a prazos, custos e procedimentos de manutenção e reparos, garantindo clareza e foco em satisfação, fidelização e metas de NPS.🔹 - Fazer a ponte entre cliente e equipe técnica, assegurando clareza nas informações e cumprimento dos processos definidos pela montadora.🔹 - Realizar follow-up com clientes durante e após os serviços, visando satisfação, fidelização e novas oportunidades de negócios, contribuindo para o alcance de metas de NPS.🔹 - Acompanhar execução dos serviços, garantindo prazos, qualidade e conformidade com os padrões estipulados pela montadora.🔹 - Sugerir serviços preventivos e adicionais que aumentem a segurança, performance dos veículos e ticket médio da oficina, sem comprometer padrões de qualidade.🔹 - Atuar proativamente na oferta de produtos e serviços agregados que contribuam para os resultados financeiros da concessionária, sempre alinhados à excelência e processos da montadora.Informações adicionaisBenefícios oferecidos:🏥 Assistência médica / Medicina em grupo🦷 Assistência Odontológica🚌 Vale-transporte
