Será responsável por definir e garantir padrões de arquitetura, governança, segurança e qualidade das soluções, assegurando a aderência às melhores práticas e aos objetivos do negócio. Além disso, liderará tecnicamente projetos e iniciativas da plataforma, apoiando a tomada de decisão, promovendo inovação e orientando equipes multidisciplinares na implementação de soluções escaláveis, eficientes e alinhadas às necessidades corporativas.Responsabilidades y atribucionesLiderar tecnicamente o desenvolvimento e a evolução de soluções digitais, garantindo alinhamento com as necessidades do negócio e as melhores práticas de mercado;Definir e promover padrões de arquitetura, desenvolvimento, governança e documentação, assegurando a sustentabilidade das soluções;Atuar como referência técnica para equipes multidisciplinares e stakeholders, apoiando decisões e direcionamentos estratégicos;Garantir qualidade, desempenho, segurança e escalabilidade das soluções implementadas;Realizar levantamento, análise e detalhamento de requisitos técnicos e funcionais, traduzindo necessidades de negócio em soluções eficientes;Desenvolver e supervisionar a implementação de aplicações, automações, integrações e indicadores gerenciais;Conduzir integrações entre diferentes plataformas, sistemas corporativos e serviços externos, assegurando a confiabilidade e a eficiência dos processos;Apoiar a adoção de boas práticas de gestão do ciclo de vida das aplicações, versionamento, testes e entrega contínua;Orientar tecnicamente profissionais da equipe, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento de competências e a disseminação de conhecimento;Participar do planejamento e da priorização de iniciativas, apoiando a evolução contínua dos processos e soluções tecnológicas;

Requisitos y calificacionesEnsino superior em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia da Computação, Engenharia de Software ou áreas correlatas;Experiência prévia no desenvolvimento e na liderança técnica de soluções utilizando Microsoft Power Platform;Vivência em projetos de automação de processos e iniciativas de transformação digital;Experiência na integração de aplicações, sistemas e serviços corporativos;Atuação em ambientes ágeis, utilizando metodologias como Scrum, Kanban ou similares;Desejáveis: Power Apps;Power Automate;Power BI;Copilot Studio;Microsoft Dataverse;Azure Integration Services;APIs REST e Web Services;ALM (Application Lifecycle Management);Governança da Power Platform;SQL e modelagem de dados;
