Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar como Controlador(a) de Acessos, garantindo um atendimento cordial, atento e alinhado ao padrão da empresa. Essa pessoa será responsável pelo controle e orientação de entrada e saída de clientes, visitantes, colaboradores e prestadores de serviço, contribuindo para um ambiente seguro, organizado e acolhedor, sempre com discrição e excelência no atendimento.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o controle de entrada e saída de clientes, visitantes, colaboradores e prestadores de serviços;

Recepcionar e orientar o público com cordialidade, atenção e postura profissional;

Identificar e direcionar clientes e visitantes aos locais apropriados;

Realizar o controle e registro de acessos, mantendo as informações atualizadas e organizadas;

Conferir autorizações de entrada de prestadores de serviços, fornecedores e demais visitantes;

Acompanhar a movimentação de pessoas nas áreas de acesso, zelando pela segurança e organização do ambiente;

Comunicar à liderança qualquer situação fora dos procedimentos ou que necessite de atenção;

Apoiar no controle de entrada e saída de veículos, quando aplicável;

Manter postura discreta, cordial e atenta durante todo o atendimento;

Zelar pela organização e apresentação do posto de trabalho e das áreas de acesso;

Seguir os procedimentos internos de segurança, atendimento e controle de acesso da empresa;

Contribuir para que a experiência de chegada e circulação dos clientes esteja alinhada ao padrão de excelência da empresa.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino médio completo;

Experiência anterior com controle de acesso, portaria, recepção ou atendimento ao público;

Boa comunicação verbal e cordialidade no atendimento;

Postura profissional, discrição e atenção aos detalhes;

Organização e responsabilidade no cumprimento de procedimentos;

Facilidade para lidar com diferentes públicos;

Perfil atento, proativo e comprometido;

Disponibilidade para trabalhar em escala 12x36 no período diurno;

Conhecimentos básicos de informática e facilidade com sistemas de controle e registro de acessos.
