Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMontar e acompanhar o orçamento e os forecasts das unidades de negócio, junto com os gestores de cada uma.Analisar o realizado contra o orçado e explicar as variações: o que aconteceu, por que aconteceu e o que fazer a respeito.Usar ferramentas de IA para automatizar análises, cruzar bases, fazer simulações e encurtar o tempo entre ter o dado e tomar a decisão.Criar análises de rentabilidade por unidade, canal, produto e cliente, além de indicadores como margem, CAC, churn e ticket médio.Montar dashboards e modelos que auxiliem as as áreas de negócio.Propor e testar novas formas de trabalhar na Controladoria: eliminar o trabalho manual, padronizar processos e criar ferramentas.Apresentar o que encontrou de forma clara para gestores e diretoria.Apoiar o DRE gerencial e o fechamento mensal.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que esperamos de você?Formação em Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas afinsExperiência com controladoria, FP&A, planejamento financeiro ou análise de dados de negócioBom conhecimento de DRE, orçamento e indicadores financeirosUso real de IA generativa no trabalho, não só curiosidade.
