Empresa em Ribeirão Preto/SP busca COORDENADOR(A) COMERCIAL, sendo responsável pela execução das estratégias de vendas de serviços com alto valor agregado, gestão da equipe, acompanhamento dos indicadores de desempenho e desenvolvimento de ações voltadas ao crescimento sustentável dos resultados.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar a operação comercial, assegurando a execução das estratégias e o alcance das metas estabelecidas.Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar o desempenho da equipe comercial.Planejar, distribuir e monitorar as atividades da equipe, garantindo produtividade e qualidade na execução.Acompanhar diariamente indicadores de vendas, conversão e receita, propondo ações corretivas quando necessário.Gerenciar o funil de vendas, atuando para maximizar conversões e melhorar a previsibilidade dos resultados.Garantir a correta utilização do CRM e a atualização das informações comerciais.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e análises de desempenho para apoio à tomada de decisão.Identificar oportunidades de crescimento, melhorias de processos e aumento da eficiência comercial.Conduzir reuniões periódicas de acompanhamento de resultados e direcionamento da operação.Apoiar negociações estratégicas e oportunidades comerciais de maior complexidade.Atuar em conjunto com as áreas parceiras para otimizar a geração e o aproveitamento de oportunidades comerciais.Coordenar ações de prospecção, relacionamento e desenvolvimento de novos negócios.Participar de eventos e iniciativas de relacionamento com clientes, parceiros e mercado.Contribuir para a padronização de processos, implementação de melhorias e fortalecimento das boas práticas comerciais.Apoiar a gestão na elaboração de projeções, planejamento comercial e acompanhamento orçamentário da área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Marketing, Gestão Comercial, Economia, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em gestão de equipes comerciais.Experiência em desenvolvimento de negócios, vendas consultivas ou operações comerciais.Conhecimento em gestão de funil de vendas e ferramentas de CRM.Vivência no acompanhamento de metas e indicadores de desempenho.Capacidade analítica para interpretação de dados e elaboração de relatórios gerenciais.Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.

Informações adicionaisRequisitos Desejáveis Pós-graduação em Gestão Comercial, Marketing, Negócios ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com Power BI ou ferramentas de análise de dados.Vivência em operações de vendas de serviços de alto valor agregado.Experiência na construção e gestão de parcerias corporativas.Experiência em ambientes de alta performance orientados por metas e indicadores.
