Buscamos um(a) Coordenador(a) Comercial estratégico(a) e inspirador(a) para impulsionar a expansão das nossas marcas no Canal Especializado, composto principalmente por lojas de produtos naturais, nutrição esportiva e suplementos. Será responsável por coordenar a força de vendas, fortalecer o relacionamento com os clientes e garantir a excelência na execução comercial, sempre em sintonia com a cultura de alta performance e bem-estar do Essentia Group.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar e desenvolver a equipe comercial, garantindo atingimento das metas e evolução da performance individual.Desenvolver a base de clientes, buscando crescimento de produtividade, mix, categorias, frequência de compra e sell-out.Desdobrar a estratégia comercial em metas, prioridades e planos de ação para a equipe.Acompanhar indicadores de performance por cliente, executivo, região e categoria, identificando oportunidades e construindo planos de ação.Conduzir os principais rituais de gestão, garantindo disciplina comercial, forecast e previsibilidade dos resultados.Trabalhar de forma integrada com o Trade Marketing, garantindo excelência na execução de sortimento, exposição, campanhas, lançamentos e ativações no PDV.Realizar acompanhamento frequente em campo, apoiando a equipe em clientes, negociações e oportunidades estratégicas.Desenvolver uma cultura de gestão de território, buscando capturar todo o potencial comercial de cada região.Acompanhar mercado, concorrência e comportamento dos clientes, transformando informações em oportunidades de crescimento.Assegurar o registro formal e a rastreabilidade documental de todas as atividades sob responsabilidade do setor.Atuar ativamente na resolução de conflitos, alinhamento de expectativas e engajamento da equipe frente às estratégias do negócio.Conduzir as rotinas de gestão do setor (férias, escalas, assiduidade e controle de horas).

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Administração, Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Engenharia, Direito ou áreas correlatas.Sólida experiência comercial B2B voltada ao atendimento do varejo.Sólida experiência na gestão direta de equipes comerciais, em posições de coordenação, supervisão, gerência ou equivalentes.Experiência em gestão de carteira, planejamento comercial, negociação e acompanhamento de indicadores.Histórico comprovado de atingimento de metas e desenvolvimento de equipes.Disponibilidade para viagens e atuação frequente em campo.CNH B.Diferencial:Experiência em indústrias de alimentos, bebidas ou bens de consumo/FMCG.Vivência com Trade Marketing e execução no ponto de venda.Experiência com canais especializados, varejo independente ou redes regionais.Conhecimento de sell-in, sell-out, gestão de mix, distribuição e ferramentas de CRM/BI.
