Vem fazer parte de um time onde você não será só mais 1!  Responsabilidades e atribuições Coordenar a operação de múltiplas Dark Stores em São Paulo, garantindo o cumprimento das metas, dos padrões operacionais e dos indicadores de desempenho.Acompanhar os resultados das unidades, analisando indicadores de produtividade, qualidade, custos, nível de serviço e eficiência operacional, propondo planos de ação quando necessário.Liderar e desenvolver os responsáveis pelas unidades, acompanhando o desempenho das equipes, o dimensionamento de pessoal, o absenteísmo e o turnover.Garantir a execução e a padronização dos processos operacionais, incluindo recebimento, armazenamento, controle de estoque, separação e expedição de pedidos.Monitorar a acuracidade dos estoques e a prevenção de perdas, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e redução de custos.Assegurar o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos e dos padrões de qualidade, organização e segurança das unidades.Identificar problemas e oportunidades de melhoria, implementando ações para aumentar a produtividade e garantir a continuidade das operações.Atuar em parceria com as demais áreas da empresa para solucionar desafios operacionais e contribuir para os resultados do negócio.Consolidar e apresentar os resultados das unidades, acompanhando a evolução dos indicadores e a efetividade dos planos de ação.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Administração, Logística, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com gestão de operações e liderança de equipes.Experiência na gestão de múltiplas unidades, lojas ou operações simultâneas.Vivência com indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), análise de resultados e elaboração de planos de ação.Conhecimento em gestão de estoque, produtividade, processos operacionais e controle de custos.Disponibilidade para deslocamentos frequentes entre as unidades em São Paulo.
