Objetivo do Cargo

Buscamos um(a) profissional de Finanças proativo(a), analítico(a) e organizado(a) para liderar a operação financeira diária e o planejamento estratégico de caixa da marca. O papel exige visão de processos para conectar os números à dinâmica real de uma marca de moda (ciclos de criação, produção, lançamentos e entregas).

Responsabilidades e Atribuições

Gestão Financeira, Fluxo de Caixa & DRE

ELABORAR projeções de caixa para prazos mensais, semestrais, anuais e por demanda da diretoria.

CONSTRUIR relatórios de DRE por semestre, ano e por coleção.

REALIZAR a conciliação bancária diária, conferindo extratos bancários e meios de pagamento contra os lançamentos do sistema.

APOIAR a estruturação de metas de vendas com base no caixa disponível e na capacidade de produção.

PROSPECTAR novas oportunidades de crédito e gerir ativamente o score financeiro da empresa.

Custos, Precificação, Viagens & Operação Internacional

PARTICIPAR da precificação de produtos, mapeando e apurando custos variáveis e fixos de produção.

CALCULAR comissões de representantes comerciais (nacionais, internacionais e operações em consignação).

ACOMPANHAR o recebimento de pedidos internacionais e emitir/enviar invoices de cobrança via sistema dentro dos prazos acordados, consultando planilhas, pedidos e relatórios dos representantes.

GERIR o controle e a prestação de contas de adiantamentos e reembolsos de despesas para viagens corporativas, feiras de moda e eventos.

EXECUTAR a régua de cobrança junto a clientes inadimplentes sempre que necessário.

Contas a Pagar/Receber & Sistemas

CADASTRAR e gerir contas a pagar e a receber com rigor quanto a prazos, valores e fornecedores.

NEGOCIAR prazos, condições e valores com fornecedores de tecidos, aviamentos, prestadores de serviço, salários e oficinas.

LANÇAR, conferir e categorizar pagamentos no sistema financeiro/ERP, garantindo a acurácia dos dados para emissão de relatórios.

ASSEGURAR o uso correto e a padronização do sistema ERP em toda a empresa.

SUPERVISIONAR a emissão de boletos bancários.

Fiscal, Contábil & Departamento Pessoal

SUPERVISIONAR a contabilidade terceirizada, garantindo a eficiência e conformidade da área fiscal.

SUPERVISIONAR a equipe de faturamento e a emissão de Notas Fiscais.

RECOLHER, revisar e conferir NFs de prestadores PJ, tecidos e oficinas de costura antes da liberação de pagamento para aprovação final.

SUPERVISIONAR o cadastro de fornecedores no sistema.

FECHAR a folha de pagamento de colaboradores (CLT e PJ).

ACOMPANHAR processos jurídicos do DP (contratos de admissão/desligamento, solicitação/emissão de procurações) e realizar rotinas externas quando necessário (bancos e cartórios).

Entendimento do Negócio de Moda

COMPREENDER a jornada completa da marca (desenvolvimento de coleção, lançamento, produção, distribuição e marketing) para posicionar a gestão financeira de forma estratégica em cada etapa. (Será oferecido treinamento interno sobre a dinâmica da Yukio).Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e Qualificações

Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas.

Dnesejo ou forte interesse em economia, mercado internacional e no funcionamento do ecossistema de moda/confecção.

Excelente capacidade de organização, raciocínio lógico e atenção a detalhes.

Perfil com iniciativa e disponibilidade para aprender a rotina técnica e operacional da marca.

Diferenciais

Experiência prévia no segmento de moda, confecção, atelier ou atacado/varejo têxtil.

Inglês fluente ou avançado (facilitará a rotina de invoices e interlocução internacional).

Domínio de sistemas ERP e elaboração de DRE por coleção.
