Disciplina na execução dos procedimentos operacionais; Assegurar a elaboração e o cumprimento do plano orçamentário de custeio da agropecuária, direção e suporte na elaboração dos mesmos, acompanhando e controlando dispêndios e corrigindo os desvios verificados;

Identificar benchmark, estudando, viabilizando e operacionalizando ações de captura. Viabilizar a competitividade da cadeia de genética de suínos, assegurando qualidade, custos, volumes e sustentabilidade; gestão de projetos de melhoria e CAPEX;

Coordenar equipes de campo para que executem suas tarefas e atinjam objetivos estabelecidos, assim como desenvolver e capacitar as equipes para o atingimento das metas e solução de problemas críticos;

Contribuir para o incremento dos níveis de segurança, qualidade e meio ambiente. Ter ação sistêmica sobre segurança e saúde das pessoas; atender parâmetros de qualidade de produto e atendimento dos clientes internos; suportar exigências legais e atender Pilar Gestão;

Atender gestão de pessoas, com foco em resultados, indicadores e relacionamentos.  Atender legislações e exigências dos clientes internos e externos (meio ambiente, bem estar animal, legislação, qualidade animal, volumes).

Atuar sobre integração e produtores rurais com vistas à sustentabilidade do negócio. Gestão econômico e financeira de projetos, remuneração e relações.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Medicina Veterinária, Zootecnia, Agronomia, Administração e correlatas; Pós Graduação em áreas relacionadas é desejável.

Experiência: Superior a 5 anos na área de atuação.
