Responsável por planejar, coordenar e acompanhar os processos produtivos da empresa, garantindo eficiência operacional, produtividade, qualidade, cumprimento de prazos e otimização dos recursos disponíveis.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Coordenar as atividades de engenharia de produção, garantindo a eficiência dos processos produtivos e o cumprimento das metas operacionais.Planejar, acompanhar e otimizar processos, métodos e fluxos de trabalho visando aumento de produtividade e redução de custos.Gerenciar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), analisando resultados e propondo ações corretivas e de melhoria contínua.Liderar equipes técnicas e operacionais, promovendo o desenvolvimento dos colaboradores e fortalecendo a cultura de alta performance.Desenvolver e implementar projetos de melhoria contínua utilizando metodologias como Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen e Six Sigma.Atuar no planejamento de capacidade produtiva e no balanceamento de recursos para atender às demandas do negócio.Garantir o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade, segurança, saúde ocupacional e meio ambiente.Participar do desenvolvimento e implementação de novos processos, produtos e tecnologias industriais.Identificar oportunidades de automação, inovação e otimização dos processos produtivos.Realizar análises de custos industriais e elaborar planos de ação para melhoria da rentabilidade da operação.Trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas de Produção, PCP, Qualidade, Manutenção, Logística e Supply Chain para assegurar a eficiência operacional.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentar resultados, projetos e planos de ação para a liderança da empresa.Assegurar a padronização dos processos produtivos e a atualização da documentação técnica da área.Gerenciar cronogramas, recursos e orçamento dos projetos de engenharia de produção.Promover uma cultura orientada para resultados, melhoria contínua e excelência operacional.

Requisitos e qualificações Engenharia de Produção / Engenharia de Alimentos / Engenharia Mecânica / Engenharia Industrial / Administração de Empresas / Tecnologia em Processos Industriais ou áreas correlatas.

 É necessária experiência sólida e coordenação de produção gestão de equipes e liderança de times de médio e grande porte.  Desejável

Pós -graduação ou MBA em Gestão Industrial, Gestão da Produção, Gestão da Qualidade ou áreas afins.
