Buscamos profissionais estratégicos, com visão analítica e foco em resultados, para integrar nosso time e contribuir com o crescimento de uma empresa referência no segmento de Suplementação Esportiva, com mais de 40 anos de história e liderança consolidada na América Latina.Somos detentores das marcas Integralmédica, Darkness e Nutrify, e temos o propósito de Promover Saúde, Performance e Bem-estar por meio de produtos de alta qualidade e de um time apaixonado pelo que faz.Se você é uma pessoa proativa, com perfil de liderança, capacidade analítica e desejo de fazer a diferença, essa oportunidade é para você!Venha fazer parte de um ambiente dinâmico, colaborativo e orientado a resultados, onde inovação e desenvolvimento são prioridades.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar as atividades de Planejamento e Controle da Produção (PCP) e Planejamento de Materiais, garantindo o abastecimento adequado das operações produtivas internas e terceirizadas.Gerenciar o planejamento integrado de produção e materiais por meio das ferramentas MPS, MRP, APS e demais sistemas de planejamento.Elaborar, implementar e revisar políticas de estoque para produtos acabados, matérias-primas, insumos e materiais de embalagem, considerando demanda, lead times, curva ABC, riscos de abastecimento e capacidade de armazenagem.Monitorar os níveis de estoque, identificando itens críticos e propondo ações preventivas para evitar rupturas ou excessos.Realizar análises de capacidade produtiva de curto, médio e longo prazo, avaliando recursos, restrições e necessidades de expansão.Acompanhar os processos de fabricação e programação da produção, garantindo aderência entre planejamento e execução.Identificar gargalos operacionais e liderar ações corretivas e projetos de melhoria contínua para aumento de produtividade e eficiência.Monitorar indicadores industriais e de Supply Chain, como OEE, aderência ao plano de produção, ocupação fabril, nível de serviço e cobertura de estoque.Gerenciar o controle de estoques e descartes, assegurando a correta aplicação de FEFO, gestão de shelf life, lotes mínimos de compra e produção, além da gestão de phase-in e phase-out de produtos.Atuar na mitigação de riscos relacionados ao abastecimento de materiais, importações, vencimento de produtos e atendimento da demanda.Liderar as reuniões de Supply Review, apresentando análises, riscos, oportunidades e recomendações para suporte à tomada de decisão da companhia.Realizar follow-up junto às áreas envolvidas para resolução de pendências e garantia da execução dos planos definidos.Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar a equipe de PCP, realizando gestão de desempenho, férias, banco de horas, controle de ponto e desenvolvimento técnico dos colaboradores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Industrial, Administração, Logística, Supply Chain ou áreas correlatas.Vivência em ambientes industriais, preferencialmente nos segmentos de suplementos nutricionais, alimentos, farmacêutico, nutracêutico ou bens de consumo.Conhecimento sólido em S&OP, MPS, MRP, APS, gestão de estoques e planejamento de materiais.Experiência em análise de capacidade produtiva e gestão de indicadores de desempenho.Vivência com sistemas ERP e ferramentas de planejamento.Informações adicionaisRestaurante no local;Vale Alimentação e/ou Cesta Básica;Vale Transporte ou Mobilidade;Estacionamento no local;Assistência Médica e Odontológica;Convênio com Farmácia;Seguro de Vida em Grupo;Bônus;Gympass;Desconto em suplementos das marcas Integralmédica, Darkness e Nutrify.
