A Nutror é a fábrica de premix do Grupo MCassab. Produzimos mixes com ingredientes diversificados, principalmente vitaminas e minerais, e atuamos fortemente nos mercados de alimentos e suplementos, além de atender setores farmacêuticos e de cosméticos.Estamos buscando um(a) Coordenador de Produtos com perfil proativo, pró-negócio e espírito de trader. Alguém com garra, curiosidade pelo mercado, habilidade analítica e foco em entregar resultados.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo time de Produtos, você irá:• Liderar a equipe de Produtos, desenvolvendo, acompanhando indicadores, promovendo feedbacks e garantindo a evolução da equipe. • Gerenciar o abastecimento de matérias-primas da fábrica, assegurando níveis adequados de estoque e mitigando riscos de ruptura. • Conduzir o planejamento de compras com base na demanda, cobertura de estoque, lead time e capacidade produtiva. • Negociar com fornecedores nacionais e internacionais buscando as melhores condições comerciais de preço, prazo, qualidade e disponibilidade. • Desenvolver e fortalecer relacionamento com fornecedores estratégicos, identificando oportunidades de redução de custos e aumento da segurança de abastecimento. • Atuar em conjunto com PCP, Comercial, Negócios, Qualidade e demais áreas para garantir o atendimento das demandas da fábrica. • Monitorar estoques, validade dos insumos e materiais de baixo giro, definindo planos de ação para minimizar perdas e descartes. • Apoiar o time Comercial em negociações estratégicas, BIDs, avaliação de disponibilidade de matérias-primas, definição de custos e precificação. • Analisar tendências de mercado, disponibilidade de matérias-primas e cenários de fornecimento para apoiar decisões estratégicas. • Mapear, revisar e otimizar processos da área, promovendo ganhos de eficiência e redução de retrabalhos. • Acompanhar e apresentar os principais indicadores da área, como cobertura de estoque, nível de serviço, margem, prazo médio de pagamento, descartes, performance de fornecedores e custos de aquisição.Requisitos e qualificações• Experiência sólida em Compras, Supply Chain, Planejamento de Materiais ou Suprimentos, preferencialmente com matérias-primas industriais. • Vivência com planejamento de demanda, gestão de estoques, reposição de materiais e negociação com fornecedores. • Experiência em liderança e desenvolvimento de equipes. • Perfil analítico, com capacidade para tomada de decisão baseada em indicadores. • Experiência na negociação com fornecedores nacionais e internacionais. • Inglês avançado. • Ensino superior em Engenharia, Administração, Logística, Farmácia, Química, Ciência de Alimentos ou áreas correlatas. • CNH.Informações adicionaisSalário fixo;Remuneração variável;Assistência médica e odontológica;Refeitório interno;Vale alimentação;Seguro de vida;Total Pass;Convênio com farmácia;Universidade MCassab (conforme política interna);Modelo híbrido de trabalho; Carro
