Este profissional será responsável pelo dimensionamento de estruturas, modelos operacionais e fluxo logístico.Trata-se de um papel altamente analítico, que exige capacidade de trabalhar com grandes volumes de dados, visão sistêmica e habilidade de transformar informações complexas em soluções logísticas viáveis e escaláveis.Todas as nossas vagas estão abertas para pessoas com deficiência (PCD's)

Responsabilidades e atribuições Conduzir o dimensionamento de novos Centros de Distribuição, considerando volumes, capacidades, SLAs e crescimento projetado;Definir e validar o modelo de operacinal com o nível nível de automação necessário;Mapear e estruturar fluxos logísticos garantindo eficiência e velocidade para o processo;Especificar a infraestrutura necessária (layout, equipamentos, sistemas, fluxo operacional, recursos humanos e tecnologias);Analisar dados complexos, elaborar simulações, cenários e estudos de viabilidade;Elaborar materiais técnicos para apresentações executivas garantindo clareza para tomada de decisão da diretoria;Identificar, solucionar e coordenar riscos do projeto, definindo estratégias de prevenção, compatibilização e soluções alternativas junto ao time de obras e projetos;Analisar condições da estrutura disponível gerando material de estudo para o time de engenharia;Identificar, solucionar e coordenar riscos do projeto, definindo estratégias de prevenção com soluções alternativas;Coordenar e garantir o cronograma da área alinhado com a diretoria;Gerir e apresentar oportunidades de melhoria dos processos e operações propondo soluções com o melhor custo-benefício para a empresa;Trabalhar em parceria com áreas como Operações, TI, Engenharia, Projetos, Comercial e Financeiro;

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência prévia com projetos logísticos e planejamento de operações.Domínio de análise de dados, incluindo ferramentas como Excel avançado, Power BI, Knime ou outras ferramentas de analytics (diferencial), estatística básica.Conhecimento em dimensionamento logístico, layout de CD, processos operacionais e indicadores.Auto CadPower PointMs Project
