Se você quer trabalhar com propósito e fazer a diferença na vida das pessoas, seu lugar pode ser aqui.Somos uma rede que acredita no cuidado humanizado, na força do trabalho em equipe e no desenvolvimento contínuo de seus profissionais.Estamos em busca de profissionais para atuar na área/posição de Coordenador de Recursos de Glosas, contribuindo para um atendimento seguro, humanizado e alinhado às melhores práticas.Aqui, você fará parte de um time comprometido com a qualidade do cuidado e a experiência do paciente, atuando de forma colaborativa e com foco contínuo em excelência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesManter o engajamento da equipe operacional na realização do recurso das glosas, de forma a potencializar a recuperação financeira;Triar, selecionar e avaliar os colaboradores da equipe operacional;Providenciar toda estrutura administrativa e sistêmica para admissão dos novos colaboradores;Capacitar os novos colaboradores até que estejam aptos a assumir suas funções;Gerir o tempo de jornada da equipe operacional utilizando as ferramentas disponíveis, correlacionando quantidade com qualidade do tempo empregado na função;Organizar os períodos de férias dos colaboradores da equipe operacional;Mediar possíveis conflitos que possam existir para não exercerem impacto negativo no desempenho do time operacional;Fornecer informações sobre o micro processo do recurso de glosas (prazos, entregas e indicadores) para a gerência específica;Organizar reuniões periódicas com os pontos focais da equipe operacional, com objetivo de minimizar as dúvidas e alcançar melhores resultados nas entregas dos recursos;Interagir com clientes internos e externos, com objetivo de potencializar a recuperação financeira do saldo glosado;Retornar a todos os colaboradores da equipe operacional, de forma periódica (ou sempre que se fizer necessário), para manter o engajamento de todos no processo de melhoria contínua.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo;Diferencial Pós-Graduação em Administração hospitalar, finanças e áreas correlatas;Pacote Office com nível intermediário e Power BI é um diferencial importante para vaga e o dia a dia;Desejável conhecimento em sistema de Gestão de Saúde (Tasy, Zero Glosa e MV).Informações adicionaisAqui você encontra um pacote de benefícios pensado para o seu bem-estar e desenvolvimento:🏥 Assistência médica (extensivo a dependentes);😁 Assistência odontológica (extensivo a dependentes);🍽️ Vale Refeição e Alimentação ;🎯 Clube de Parcerias Rede D'Or (descontos e vantagens exclusivas);🛡️ Seguro de vida;🤝 Convênios com empresas parceiras;📚 Acesso aos treinamentos da Academia Rede D'Or (desenvolvimento contínuo);💰 Bônus por resultados (conforme atingimento e elegibilidade).
