.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesIdentificação do público-alvo por meio de filtros em sistemas de RH, considerando vínculo empregatício, regime de trabalho, área organizacional e situação de cessão ou requisição; Extração de dados de jornada, ausências, presenças, substituições e registros de ponto para os períodos de referência definidos; Cruzamento de dados de configuração do sistema para construção de chave de identificação do plano de horário de cada empregado; Projeção das escalas de trabalho dia a dia com base na lógica de ciclos de turno; Aplicação de regras de expurgo para garantir elegibilidade dos registros analisados; Comparação entre lançamentos esperados e cadastrados no sistema, identificando inclusões, manutenções e bloqueios necessários; Acionamento da equipe de TI para execução de lançamentos em lote; Consolidação de registros de ponto formando pares de entrada e saída para análise temporal; Identificação de padrões anômalos em regimes especiais: horário diurno recorrente, folgas nos finais de semana.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa na área de tecnologia  Python: manipulação de dados, automações e desenvolvimento de soluções analíticas; SQL: extração e transformação de dados em bases relacionais; Modelagem estatística e técnicas de machine learning aplicadas à análise de dados; Bibliotecas de ML e visualização: Scikit-learn, Streamlit, Matplotlib/Pyplot; Frameworks de deep learning: TensorFlow e PyTorch; NLP, IA Generativa, LLMs e RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation); Cloud computing: AWS e Azure.Desejável:Experiência com LangChain e LangGraph; Experiência com construção de chatbots; Comunicação e interface com áreas técnica; Atuação como interface entre negócio e TI; Apresentação de resultados para públicos não técnicos.
