Estamos montando a squad de uma plataforma de IA conversacional para o setor de saúde: um agente que atende pacientes pelo WhatsApp — tira dúvidas, agenda, confirma e remarca consultas — e se integra aos sistemas de agenda que as clínicas já usam.

Procuramos uma pessoa desenvolvedora sênior de perfil fullstack, confortável tanto no backend em Java quanto no frontend em React, e com vontade real de trabalhar com IA aplicada — não como buzzword, mas construindo a camada que decide o que o agente entende, o que ele responde e quando ele passa a conversa para um humano.

IA aqui aparece dos dois lados: é o que estamos construindo, e é como construímos. Desenvolvimento assistido por IA é prática diária do time, não experimento.

É um produto novo, com prazo curto e espaço grande para autonomia técnica.

Responsabilidades e atribuições- Construir funcionalidades ponta a ponta: Java no backend, React no frontend

- Implementar a camada de integração com a API externa de agendamento, incluindo tratamento de falha, novas tentativas e consistência

- Construir a orquestração conversacional e os pontos em que a LLM classifica, extrai e responde

- Modelar e evoluir a persistência, em base relacional e não relacional

- Trabalhar com mensageria e processamento assíncrono para as rotinas que rodam fora da conversa

- Escrever teste automatizado e participar ativamente de code review

- Contribuir nas discussões de arquitetura com argumento técnico

- Investigar e resolver problemas em ambiente produtivo

- Usar IA no próprio desenvolvimento com critério — e revisar com rigor o que ela produz

- Compartilhar contexto e apoiar quem está começando no time

Requisitos e qualificações- Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento de software, com entregas em produção

- Java no backend e React no frontend, com autonomia nos dois lados

- Docker e conteinerização; familiaridade com deploy em Azure

- Banco relacional: modelagem, consulta e otimização

- Banco não relacional, com clareza sobre quando ele é a escolha certa

- Desenvolvimento assistido por IA como prática de trabalho: uso diário de Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor ou equivalentes, com discernimento sobre onde a ferramenta acelera e onde ela atrapalha. Aqui isso não é diferencial — é o jeito como o time trabalha

- Conhecimento profundo de IA aplicada: engenharia de aplicações com LLM — desenho de prompt, saída estruturada, RAG, guardrails e avaliação de qualidade

- Consumo e integração de APIs de terceiros
