Responsabilidades e atribuições

Responsabilidades e atribuições:- Do refinamento ao deploy: participar ativamente das sessões de refinamento técnico, transformando ideias abstratas de produto em escopos bem detalhados e prontos para desenvolvimento no Jira.- Desenvolvimento de APIs e microsserviços: desenvolver novas features seguindo padrões de clean code e garantir alta cobertura de testes.- Monitoramento ativo: instrumentar o código com logs estruturados de sucesso/erro integrados ao Datadog para rápida análise de incidentes e detecção de anomalias em produção.- Revisão colaborativa no GitHub: garantir a qualidade técnica do repositório através de revisões de código de alta qualidade (code review) nos pull requests dos membros da equipe.Requisitos e qualificações- Java & Spring Framework: domínio do ecossistema Java e Spring Boot para construção de microsserviços escaláveis.- Integração de APIs: experiência avançada na criação e consumo de APIs RESTful estruturadas, manipulação segura de payloads e autenticação (OAuth2, JWT).- Datadog (observabilidade): experiência prática na configuração de telemetria, criação de dashboards, rastreamento de requisições (APM / tracing), instrumentação de logs estruturados (sucesso/erro) e alertas inteligentes.- GitHub avançado: domínio do Git e GitHub (versionamento, branching, pull requests, code review, tratamento de conflitos e boas práticas de Git Flow).- Bancos de dados e mensageria: conhecimento em bancos relacionais (Postgres, Oracle) e filas assíncronas (RabbitMQ, Kafka) para garantia de resiliência e redundância.- Framework Scrum: compreensão profunda do framework Scrum.- Refinamento técnico (grooming): habilidade para analisar histórias de usuários propostas pelo Product Owner (PO), avaliar viabilidade técnica, identificar dependências de APIs de terceiros, propor a divisão de tarefas complexas (sub-tasks) e estimar esforço.- Gestão de atividades no Jira/Confluence: domínio do Jira para organização do fluxo de trabalho diário, manutenção do status das tarefas atualizado, documentação técnica nos cards e rastreabilidade do progresso técnico da sprint.- React Native: conhecimento em React, para desenvolvimento pontual quando necessário. (desejável)
