A FCamara está em busca de uma pessoa para atuar como Fullstack Java- Pleno.Responsabilidades e atribuições Responsabilidades e atribuições:- Atuar na sustentação e evolução de aplicações baseadas em whitelabel.- Realizar entendimento técnico de sistemas existentes e propor melhorias.- Desenvolver e manter serviços backend (Java e Node.js).- Apoiar na análise técnica, troubleshooting e resolução de incidentes.- Garantir qualidade de código através de boas práticas, testes e code review.- Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com times multidisciplinares.- Contribuir para evolução gradual da arquitetura e estabilidade do sistema.

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos e qualificações:- Experiência com Java (11+) e Spring Boot.- Experiência com Node.js.- Experiência com APIs REST e integração entre serviços.- Experiência com arquitetura de microsserviços.- Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais e/ou NoSQL.- Conhecimento básico/intermediário em cloud (preferencialmente GCP).- Experiência com containers (Docker) e orquestração (Kubernetes).- Experiência com manutenção e evolução de sistemas existentes (legado ou terceiros).- Experiência com React. (desejável)- Conhecimento em GCP (GKE, Pub/Sub). (desejável)- Experiência com observabilidade (logs, métricas, APM). (desejável)- Experiência com práticas de segurança (OWASP, Snyk etc.). (desejável)- Experiência com ambientes multi-stack. (desejável)Perfil comportamental (soft skills):- Proatividade e senso de dono.- Boa comunicação e trabalho em equipe.- Comprometimento com prazos e qualidade das entregas.- Capacidade analítica e foco em resolução de problemas.- Experiência em mentoria de desenvolvedores juniores e intermediários.- Fortes habilidades de comunicação para colaborar com times multidisciplinares.- Capacidade de liderar discussões técnicas e tomar decisões arquiteturais.
