Requisitos e qualificações Conhecimento dos processos de loja física; Experiência com rotinas de venda; Conhecimento em processos de troca e devolução; Vivência com abertura e fechamento de caixa; Conhecimento de promoções, campanhas e aplicação de descontos; Experiência com gestão e utilização de gift cards; Conhecimento de operações omnichannel, incluindo retirada em loja, pedidos web e integração entre canais.

Conhecimentos Técnicos

Desenvolvimento em Java; Conhecimento em XML e configuração de workflows; Experiência com SQL e banco de dados Oracle; Conhecimento em Web Services REST e SOAP; Experiência com integrações via APIs; Utilização de Git para versionamento de código; Conhecimento em ambientes Linux e Windows para suporte e manutenção; Experiência com Oracle Retail Xstore.
