Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional para atuar no suporte técnico a sistemas industriais, sendo responsável pelo atendimento, análise e resolução de incidentes e solicitações relacionados a aplicações e ambientes tecnológicos que suportam as operações industriais.O profissional terá como principal objetivo maximizar a resolução de chamados no primeiro nível de suporte (L1), realizando análises técnicas aprofundadas, identificando causas-raiz e reduzindo a necessidade de escalonamento para as equipes de segundo e terceiro níveis (L2 e L3).Buscamos alguém com perfil analítico, investigativo e orientado à resolução de problemas, com conhecimentos em desenvolvimento de software, bancos de dados, integrações, infraestrutura e ferramentas de monitoramento. A atuação contribuirá diretamente para a disponibilidade dos sistemas e a continuidade das operações de produção.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como principal ponto de contato de primeiro nível para incidentes e solicitações relacionados a sistemas industriais;Registrar, categorizar, priorizar e acompanhar chamados de suporte;Realizar análises funcionais e técnicas para identificar as causas-raiz dos incidentes;Investigar e solucionar problemas em aplicações, integrações, bancos de dados e infraestrutura relacionados aos sistemas industriais;Interpretar logs, mensagens de erro, fluxos de sistemas e integrações entre aplicações;Resolver chamados diretamente na fila de atendimento L1 sempre que possível, reduzindo escalonamentos para as equipes L2 e L3;Garantir a qualidade da documentação dos chamados, registrando diagnósticos, causas identificadas e soluções implementadas;Monitorar sistemas, alertas e indicadores por meio de ferramentas de monitoramento e observabilidade;Apoiar a criação e manutenção da base de conhecimento técnico e dos procedimentos de suporte;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua, automação e padronização dos serviços;Colaborar com equipes globais de suporte, desenvolvimento e especialistas dos sistemas;Contribuir para a estabilidade, disponibilidade e continuidade operacional dos sistemas que apoiam a produção industrial.
