Buscamos uma pessoa Designer com experiência em Design System para apoiar a criação, organização e evolução dos padrões visuais utilizados em nossos produtos digitais.A pessoa será responsável por garantir consistência entre interfaces, componentes e experiências, trabalhando em conjunto com os times de Produto, Design e Desenvolvimento.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidadesCriar e evoluir componentes do Design System;Desenvolver bibliotecas e componentes reutilizáveis no Figma;Definir padrões de cores, tipografia, espaçamento e iconografia;Criar variantes e propriedades de componentes;Documentar componentes e padrões de utilização;Garantir consistência visual entre diferentes telas e produtos;Apoiar designers na utilização do Design System;Trabalhar em conjunto com desenvolvedores durante a implementação dos componentes;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nas interfaces existentes;Contribuir para acessibilidade e responsividade dos produtos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitosExperiência com UI/UX Design;Conhecimento de Design Systems;Domínio do Figma;Conhecimento de Auto Layout, Components, Variants e Variables;Conhecimento básico sobre Design Tokens;Noções de acessibilidade digital;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Boa comunicação e trabalho em equipe.DiferenciaisExperiência com Storybook;Conhecimento básico de HTML e CSS;Experiência com documentação de componentes;Conhecimento das diretrizes WCAG;Experiência anterior na construção de Design Systems.
