Com o propósito de levar emoção à vida das pessoas, a La Moda busca profissionais que têm metas arrojadas e sonham alto, que são obcecados pelos detalhes em busca da perfeição, que admiram a inteligência de quem quer aprender sempre, que envolvem as pessoas para criar coesão e que todos os dias fazem o trivial de um jeito diferente, surpreendendo, pois têm a ousadia de ir além.Todas as nossas vagas também são dedicadas para pessoas com deficiência.Responsabilidades e atribuições Buscamos uma pessoa Designer Pleno para atuar no time de Tratamento de Imagens, com foco na evolução e escala da produção de imagens para o e-commerce.A posição será responsável por atuar em um projeto de IA voltado à criação de imagens de produtos que ainda não possuem material fotográfico, garantindo que os resultados gerados tenham qualidade, consistência visual e aderência aos padrões da marca.No dia a dia, essa pessoa irá combinar ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial e Photoshop para gerar, ajustar e finalizar imagens, tratando detalhes como produto, proporção, acabamento, cor, iluminação e demais elementos necessários para garantir um resultado natural e comercialmente adequado.Principais responsabilidades:Atuar na criação e tratamento de imagens utilizando IA generativa;Utilizar Photoshop para refinamento, correção e acabamento das imagens geradas;Garantir fidelidade ao produto original, preservando características, detalhes, proporções e acabamentos;Identificar e corrigir inconsistências das imagens geradas por IA;Desenvolver e testar diferentes abordagens para aumentar a qualidade e escala da produção;Trabalhar na construção e evolução de processos e padrões para geração e tratamento de imagens;Garantir consistência visual entre diferentes produtos, categorias e coleções;Atuar em parceria com os times de estilo, produto e tecnologia, contribuindo para a evolução do projeto;Acompanhar novas ferramentas e possibilidades de IA aplicadas à criação e tratamento de imagens.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência como Designer, preferencialmente com atuação em tratamento, manipulação ou produção de imagens;Domínio de Photoshop, especialmente ferramentas de recorte, retoque, composição, correção de cor e reconstrução de elementos;Interesse e experiência prática com IA generativa aplicada à imagem;Forte olhar para detalhes, acabamento e qualidade visual;Capacidade de identificar quando uma imagem gerada por IA precisa de intervenção manual;Perfil analítico e experimental, com disposição para testar, aprender e evoluir processos;Organização para trabalhar com volume e diferentes demandas simultaneamente;Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa com diferentes áreas.Informações adicionaisExperiência com e-commerce, moda ou tratamento de imagens de produto;Conhecimento de ferramentas de geração de imagem por IA;Experiência com automação ou criação de fluxos para ganho de escala;Portfólio que demonstre retoque, manipulação, composição e/ou imagens geradas por IA
