Buscamos encontrar e viabilizar as inovações que definirão como cuidar das pessoas do amanhã.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a inclusão de pacientes no programa conforme elegibilidade, por meio de contato via telefone, explicando as vantagens e benefícios de acordo com script previsto;Agendar os atendimentos de acordo com o canal escolhido pelo paciente, seguindo o script de agendamentos;Utilizar sistemas computadorizados para manter registros atualizados de pacientes;Coletar o relato de farmacovigilância e queixa técnica quando identificado, reportando posteriormente ao setor responsável e qualidade, das indústrias farmacêuticas nos prazos previstos;Registrar as informações coletadas durante o agendamento e atendimento no sistema;Realizar agendamento de exames para pacientes obedecendo as autorizações do cliente;Solicitar materiais informativos e de apoio ao paciente via sistema;Auxiliar o supervisor em atividades administrativas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso técnico ou superior na área da saúde (cursando ou completo);Pacote Office: Básico;Vivência com teleatendimento será um diferencial.Informações adicionaisAssistência médica;Assistência odontológica;Vale refeição/vale alimentação;Seguro de vida;Previdência Privada;PPR;Vale transporte;Centro de Saúde;TotalPass;Parcerias com diversas instituições com descontos exclusivos para colaboradores.Local de trabalho: Chácara Santo Antônio (Zona Sul) - SP;Horários de trabalho: Segunda à Sexta (08h-14h), (10h-16h) ou (14h-20h);Modelo: Hibrido, 3 vezes presencial e 2 vezes em home office.
