Realizar inspeções e manutenções preditivas, preventivas e corretivas; realizar instalações de quadros de distribuição de força, ligação e desligamento de aparelhos elétricos e eletrônicos; Identificar e reparar defeitos e falhas elétricas e substituir os componentes defeituosos; realizar testes de funcionalidade dos equipamentos preservando a segurança, saúde, meio ambiente e qualidade; cumprir todas as NRs, leis, politicas e diretrizes da Bemisa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar inspeções e manutenções elétrica preditiva, preventiva e corretiva em motores, máquinas, equipamentos, instalações industriais, avaliar se há necessidades de substituir ou regular os componentes e, aplicar testes de funcionamento; Interpretar desenhos e diagramas elétricos para montagem de painéis de tensão e cabeamento estruturado;Realizar parametrizações em Inversores de frequências;Realizar calibrações em balanças integradoras; Realizar manutenções em sistema de baixa e média tensão;Participar das análises de falhas de equipamentos, máquinas e instalações, através de relatório verbal, de forma a contribuir na avaliação e elaboração do plano de ação; Preencher as requisições de serviços, anotando valores encontrados nas máquinas e anotar os reparos feitos, peças trocadas, nos equipamentos no ato da execução das tarefas, como também tempo e HH utilizado, para registro de histórico e avaliação de performance; Realizar a limpeza, aspirar barramentos de CCM, conservação e guarda das peças, ferramentas e equipamentos utilizados; Acompanhar e realizar os serviços elétricos, observando, opinando e dando suporte técnico aos executantes, através do uso de desenhos e planos de manutenção, de forma a orientar as atividades, para que o serviço seja executado de acordo com segurança, respeitando a saúde e meio ambiente; Efetuar inspeções de rotinas para diagnosticar o estado de conservação e funcionamento dos equipamentos mecânicos; Efetuar consignações de equipamentos, para manutenção segura; Verificar necessidades de reparos nas ferramentas utilizadas nos processos produtivos; Acompanhar e avaliar os resultados das manutenções preventivas, comparando as informações dos serviços executados com os programados, a fim de manter a disponibilidade e confiabilidade dos equipamentos; Cumprir e fazer cumprir todas as NR's, procedimentos padrões, e diretrizes da empresa BEMISA.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Técnica em Elétrica ou Áreas Afins. Desejável conhecimento nas seguintes NR's: NR06; NR 09; NR11;NR12; NR15; NR16; NR17; NR20; NR33; NR35.Vivência na função.Desejável Inversor de Frequência Siemens e Danfos, programações de PLC.Informações adicionaisBENEFÍCIOS OFERTADOS:🩺 Plano de Saúde (Titular e dependentes);🦷 Plano odontológico (Titular e dependentes);💳 Cartão Natalino;💙 Seguro de Vida;💰 PPR Semestral;🍴 Refeição Local;🥘 Vale Alimentação;🏋🏻 Wellhub - Plataforma de atividades físicas e bem estar;🧘🏽‍♀️ Apoiopass - Programa especial de Apoio e Cuidado para colaboradores e familiares;🤰 Programa Empresa Cidadã - Licença maternidade de 6 meses e paternidade de 20 dias;🚌 Transporte Fretado até o site;🚌 Assistência Funeral.*Os benefícios e seus valores seguem o que está previsto no Acordo Coletivo vigente para a localidade e categoria profissional, podendo ser alterados conforme futuras negociações coletivas ou mudanças internas.
