Supervisionar a equipe de Limpeza nas atividades de limpeza concorrente e terminal em todas as unidades do ambulatório, realizando vistorias para avaliar a qualidade dos serviços executados; participar da elaboração do cronograma de limpeza terminal através do levantamento de necessidades de limpeza; realizar treinamento e reciclagem para sua equipe, reorientar sempre que necessário, visando manter a qualidade dos serviços e minimizar os riscos de infecção hospitalar. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar as atividades de limpeza concorrente e terminal em todas as unidades do Ambulatório, realizando vistorias para avaliar a qualidade dos serviços executados;Verificar se as unidades estão sendo abastecidas com os materiais necessários (papel toalha, papel higiênico, sabonete, embalagens plásticas e produtos de limpeza), conforme quantidade definida;Realizar check-list em conjunto com os Auxiliares de Limpeza, vistoriando as áreas onde foram realizadas as limpezas, para avaliação dos serviços executados, efetuando correções quando necessários, visando manter a qualidade dos serviços prestados;                                                                               Colaborar com o Gestor da Hotelaria Hospitalar na elaboração do cronograma de limpeza terminal das unidades, através de levantamento de necessidades de limpeza das mesmas, visando manter o ambiente limpo e diminuir o risco de infecção hospitalar;Supervisionar a realização da limpeza terminal nas unidades, orientando a equipe sobre a melhor forma de higienização do ambiente, visando agilizar os trabalhos;Elaborar escala de folga e encaminhar ao Gestor de Hotelaria Hospitalar;Promover treinamentos para novos colaboradores bem como a reciclagem para toda a equipe, informando-os sobre todas as rotinas dos serviços, visando manter a qualidade dos serviços prestados;Avaliar o estoque de produtos e materiais de limpeza, registrar em impresso próprio e encaminhar ao Gestor da Hotelaria Hospitalar para providenciar a requisição;Informar ao Gestor da Hotelaria sobre equipamentos e utensílios (enceradeira, torneiras e carro funcional de limpeza), que estejam quebrados para abrir ordem de serviço, de forma a não impactar o andamento das atividades;Retirar os materiais no Almoxarifado (papel toalha, papel higiênico, embalagens plásticas, sabonetes, produtos de limpeza e materiais de escritório);Abastecer a rouparia e os armários da enfermagem com os enxovais;Fiscalizar a utilização de Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPI´s) pelos funcionários do setor, de forma a evitar riscos de acidentes;Realizar em conjunto com Supervisor de Hotelaria Hospitalar a avaliação de desempenho da Equipe;Participar das Reuniões de Comissões internas, sempre que convidado.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Experiência na área será um diferencial.Informações adicionaisHorário de Trabalho: Segunda à sábado das 07:00 as 15:20.
