Acompanhar o cronograma físico-financeiro da obra, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos e metas estabelecidas. Supervisionar as equipes de campo, distribuindo tarefas, orientando atividades e garantindo a produtividade e segurança no trabalho. Controlar o uso de materiais, equipamentos e ferramentas, evitando desperdícios e zelando pela conservação do patrimônio da empresa. Apoiar o setor de compras na requisição de materiais e na contratação de serviços terceirizados, acompanhando entregas e qualidade. Realizar medições de empreiteiros e conferir boletins de medição junto à equipe técnica e administrativa. Fiscalizar o cumprimento das normas de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente (SST e NR’s) no canteiro de obras. Apoiar a engenharia na solução de problemas técnicos e na implementação de melhorias de processos construtivos. Manter comunicação constante com engenheiros, mestres de obra e gestores para atualização de status e eventuais ajustes de planejamento. Garantir a organização e limpeza do canteiro de obras, conforme padrões estabelecidos pela empresa. Supervisão de obras de infraestrutura (drenagem, pavimentação, redes elétricas e hidráulicas) garantindo qualidade e segurança; Coordenação de execução de áreas de paisagismo, incluindo plantio, irrigação, mobiliário urbano e acabamentos externos.

Requisitos e qualificações Boa organização; Perfil proativo nas demandas; Planejamento e acompanhamento de cronogramas de obra; Facilidade para coordenar a equipe; Utilização de sistemas de gestão de obras e apontamento de produção (ex.: Protheus, Sienge, Fluig ou similares) Conhecimento de ferramentas do pacote Office (principalmente Excel e Outlook) para relatórios e controles; Bom relacionamento interpessoal (oratória e escrita); Curso Técnico completo em Edificações, Construção Civil ou áreas correlatas; Disponibilidade em atuar 100% presencial em Porto Feliz;
