Principais responsabilidades

Planejar, sistematizar e executar a assistência de enfermagem conforme as necessidades dos pacientes e os protocolos institucionais. Supervisionar e orientar técnicos de enfermagem, acompanhando a execução dos cuidados. Atuar na assistência a pacientes em contextos de cuidados intensivos, cirúrgicos e especiais. Contribuir para a segurança do paciente e a qualidade dos cuidados durante as intervenções. Registrar e acompanhar as informações relacionadas à assistência de enfermagem. Colaborar com a equipe multiprofissional e com os fluxos assistenciais das unidades.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos técnicos

Graduação em Enfermagem. Registro profissional ativo no COREN. Conhecimento sobre planejamento e sistematização da assistência de enfermagem. Conhecimento de práticas de segurança do paciente e de cuidados de enfermagem em ambiente hospitalar. Experiência ou familiaridade com assistência em CTI, Centro Cirúrgico ou unidades de cuidados especiais será considerada relevante. Capacidade de supervisionar e orientar técnicos de enfermagem.
