Prestar assistência ao paciente, planejar ações e auditar serviços de enfermagem e/ou perfusão. Exercer as atividades de enfermagem em congruência a legislação vigente, garantindo a segurança do paciente e assistência integral em saúde mental. Responsabilidades e atribuições· Coordenar e orientar a equipe de profissionais de enfermagem quanto as rotinas e procedimentos da instituição; Passar visita nas unidades de internação no início do plantão, certificando o dimensionamento de equipe e pendências do plantão noturno para continuidade; · Conduzir intercorrências administrativas, psiquiátricas, clínicas com ou sem transferências extra hospitalares e evasões, seguindo os protocolos estabelecidos e registrar o boletim de intercorrências de enfermagem – BIE e prontuário; · Providenciar suprimentos de impressos, materiais e equipamentos necessários para o atendimento de enfermagem; · Receber e passar o plantão de enfermagem para continuidade dos cuidados, priorizando pendências e situações de maior complexidade; · Registrar por meio da Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem – SAE, os · atendimentos realizados; · Discutir casos com a equipe multiprofissional; · Realizar a avaliação de enfermagem no Pronto Atendimento, seguindo o protocolo estabelecido; · Abrir, avaliar e reavaliar sob demanda os planos de cuidados e protocolos de riscos assistenciais; · Comunicar ao médico plantonista a necessidade de correção para inconsistências, falhas e falta de prescrição médica clínica e psiquiátrica para providência; · Ser referência para o acompanhamento, organização e supervisão dos serviços · complementares; · Orientar, capacitar, acompanhar e supervisionar a equipe quanto às rotinas da unidade; · Planejar ações de enfermagem; · Pesquisar tendências no segmento de psiquiatria e dependência química; · Implementar ações que promovam a saúde dos pacientes; Entre outras rotinas pertinentes ao cargo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade:✔ Ensino Superior Completo Enfermagem com COREN ativo. Escolaridade:✔ Pós-Graduação em Saúde Mental ✔ Mestrado/Doutorado. Experiência:✔ 6 mesesExperiência:✔ 1 anoCertificações/Conhecimentos/Competências técnicas✔ Aplicação em técnicas de enfermagem ✔ Transtornos Mentais e Manejos ✔ Medicações psicotrópicas ✔ Noções de informática ✔ Legislações / Normas da Agência Nacional de Saúde. ✔ Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem; ✔ Assistência de Enfermagem em Saúde Mental.
