Esse conjunto de operações tem como objetivo nos tornar a melhor Rede de Prestadores de Saúde Privada do Brasil.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar assistência de enfermagem aos pacientes atendidos no Pronto Atendimento, garantindo cuidado seguro, humanizado e baseado em boas práticas assistenciais;Realizar avaliação clínica inicial dos pacientes, identificando prioridades conforme classificação de risco e protocolos institucionais;Prestar assistência direta aos pacientes em situações de urgência e emergência, incluindo atendimentos de maior complexidade;Executar e supervisionar procedimentos de enfermagem, garantindo qualidade técnica e segurança do paciente;Administrar medicamentos, realizar cuidados, monitorização clínica e acompanhamento da evolução dos pacientes;Atuar em conjunto com a equipe multiprofissional, contribuindo para a continuidade do cuidado e melhor experiência do paciente;Realizar registros de enfermagem em prontuário, assegurando informações completas, claras e fidedignas;Acompanhar indicadores assistenciais e contribuir para melhorias nos processos do setor;Orientar pacientes e familiares quanto aos cuidados, condutas e orientações relacionadas ao atendimento;Garantir o cumprimento das normas, protocolos institucionais, diretrizes de segurança do paciente e legislação vigente do exercício profissional;Apoiar a organização do fluxo assistencial do Pronto Atendimento, contribuindo para um atendimento ágil e eficiente;Auxiliar na capacitação e orientação da equipe de enfermagem, quando necessário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Enfermagem;Registro ativo no COREN/SC;Experiência em Pronto Atendimento, Urgência e Emergência ou ambiente hospitalar;Desejável conhecimento em classificação de risco e protocolos assistenciais.Informações adicionaisVale Alimentação - Cartão Multibenefícios Pluxee (Sodexo);Vale Transporte;Plano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico (Amil Dental), extensivo a dependentes e agregados;Wellhub (Gympass), extensivo a dependentes;Bolsa Auxílio para cursos;Plataforma de treinamentos.
