Prestar assistência aos pacientes em unidade ambulatorial frente o programa de reabilitação, acompanhando a assistência prestada aos pacientes aplicando os procedimentos e protocolos definidos conforme cada paciente. Participar de trabalhos de equipes multidisciplinares, elaborar material educativo, orientar participação da comunidade em ações educativas, definir estratégias de promoção da saúde para situações e grupos específicos, participar de campanhas de combate aos agravos da saúde, orientar equipe para controle de infecção nas unidades de saúde, participar de programas e campanhas de saúde do trabalhador, participar da elaboração de projetos e políticas de saúde. Levantar necessidades e problemas, diagnosticar situação, identificar áreas de risco, estabelecer prioridades, elaborar projetos de ação, avaliar resultados. Trabalhar em equipe; demonstrar capacidade de liderança; demonstrar habilidade para negociação. Supervisionar tecnicamente as atividades de enfermagem da unidade no desempenho de suas atividades, orientando-os para a realização correta dos procedimentos, garantindo qualidade e segurança da assistência. Realizar consulta de enfermagem e participar de reunião equipe de saúde. Promover adaptação do paciente/ cliente e seus familiares ao ambiente, bem como executar programas educativos preparando-os para os métodos terapêuticos que lhes são aplicados. Verificar o controle de estoque de materiais e medicamentos na unidade, requisitando material e medicamento aos setores, controlando o consumo e registrando nos formulários específicos. Orientar estudantes, estagiários, profissionais em formação em atividades de ensino, orientação e transmissão de conhecimentos teórico-práticos se necessário. Participar de comissões preconizadas na Instituição por indicação e/ou convite.
