Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstamos em busca de uma Pessoa Desenvolvedora .NET Pleno para atuar na Comunidade de Atendimento Assistido, responsável pelos canais e sistemas utilizados pelos colaboradores no atendimento aos clientes. A profissional fará parte de um time que desenvolve e evolui aplicações voltadas para o atendimento assistido, com foco em qualidade, estabilidade e evolução contínua das soluções.Como será o dia a dia da pessoa:A profissional será responsável pelo desenvolvimento, sustentação e evolução de aplicações e APIs que suportam os canais de atendimento ao cliente.

O papel envolve participação ativa nas definições técnicas, manutenção dos sistemas existentes, desenvolvimento de novas funcionalidades e suporte às demandas do negócio, garantindo performance, estabilidade e qualidade das entregas.

Também será esperado envolvimento com boas práticas de engenharia de software, versionamento de código, integração entre sistemas e colaboração contínua com o time.

SUA MISSÃO VAI SER

Desenvolver e manter aplicações utilizando .NET e C#. Implementar e sustentar APIs REST. Atuar na manutenção corretiva e evolutiva das soluções da área. Participar das cerimônias ágeis da squad. Realizar testes e garantir a qualidade das entregas. Trabalhar com versionamento de código utilizando Git e GitFlow. Atuar em ambiente cloud AWS. Participar de discussões técnicas e definição de soluções. Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, automação e produtividade do desenvolvimento. Utilizar ferramentas de IA como apoio ao desenvolvimento, geração de documentação, aumento de produtividade e aceleração das entregas.Requisitos e qualificações No que você precisa mandar bem?

Experiência profissional com .NET e C#. Conhecimento sólido em Programação Orientada a Objetos (POO). Experiência com desenvolvimento e sustentação de APIs REST. Conhecimento sobre comunicação entre sistemas utilizando protocolo HTTPS. Vivência com Git e GitFlow. Experiência atuando em times com metodologias ágeis. Conhecimento e experiência prática em ambiente AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, ECS e serviços relacionados).

DIFERENCIAIS Vivência com Azure. Experiência em ambientes de atendimento ao cliente ou sistemas transacionais. Utilização de ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas ao desenvolvimento de software.
