Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que você vai fazerDesenvolver, configurar e implantar agentes de IA utilizando plataformas e ferramentas especializadas.Integrar agentes de IA a sistemas externos, como APIs, bancos de dados, CRMs e outras aplicações corporativas.Otimizar desempenho por meio de ajustes de prompts, configurações e monitoramento contínuo.Levantar requisitos técnicos e de negócio junto a clientes e stakeholders.Conduzir demonstrações e provas de conceito para apresentar soluções e coletar feedback.Planejar e acompanhar projetos, garantindo entregas dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.Atuar de forma colaborativa com equipes de Produto, Engenharia e Machine Learning.Apoiar clientes na adoção de soluções de IA, fornecendo orientação técnica sobre arquitetura, segurança e escalabilidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatóriosFormação superior em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Sólida experiência com desenvolvimento de software, engenharia de IA/Machine Learning ou consultoria técnica.Conhecimento sólido em Python e Golang.Experiência com integração de sistemas via APIs, webhooks e pipelines de dados.Vivência com plataformas de nuvem (AWS, Azure ou GCP).Conhecimento de práticas DevOps, incluindo CI/CD e containerização.Excelente capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento com clientes.Perfil analítico e orientado à resolução de problemas.Inglês avançado - conversaçãoRequisitos desejáveisExperiência prática com Inteligência Artificial Generativa.Conhecimento em Large Language Models (LLMs) e Prompt Engineering.Vivência com arquiteturas RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).Conhecimento em frameworks para desenvolvimento de agentes de IA.Experiência com Function Calling e orquestração de agentes inteligentes.Atuação em projetos de transformação digital e automação baseada em IA.Experiência em ambientes ágeis e multifuncionais.Procuramos uma pessoa com perfil colaborativo, protagonista e orientada a resultados, que tenha interesse em transformar desafios complexos em soluções inteligentes e escaláveis.
