Aqui todos são muito bem-vindos!Quer fazer parte desta história? Confere se esta oportunidade tem match com o seu perfil e vem conosco participar desta jornada de seleção!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSer responsável pelo planejamento integrado da carteira de investimentos e despesas da distribuição de gás natural, assegurando alinhamento com a estratégia empresarial e as diretrizes da Diretoria.Consolidar e apresentar à Diretoria o status da carteira de CAPEX e OPEX, incluindo orçamento, realizado, forecast, evolução física, principais desvios, riscos e planos de ação.Elaborar cenários estratégicos de priorização da carteira, considerando retorno, demanda de clientes, capacidade de execução, orçamento, recursos e impactos operacionais.Garantir a integração entre o planejamento de ligações de clientes, expansão de redes, obras, materiais, contratos, orçamento e capacidade de execução.Estruturar metodologias de planejamento e controle que proporcionem maior previsibilidade de custos, prazos e entregas.Liderar a construção e atualização do planejamento anual e plurianual da carteira.Consolidar premissas para orçamento, revisão orçamentária e projeções de CAPEX e OPEX.Desenvolver análises de desempenho e produtividade da carteira, identificando oportunidades de otimização de recursos e redução de custos.Garantir visibilidade executiva dos principais riscos e restrições que possam comprometer os resultados da carteira.Conduzir fóruns de planejamento e performance com as áreas envolvidas, promovendo alinhamento, responsabilização e cumprimento dos planos.Apoiar a Diretoria na tomada de decisões relacionadas à priorização de investimentos, expansão da rede, atendimento de clientes e alocação de recursos.Estabelecer e acompanhar indicadores estratégicos de planejamento e execução.Atuar de forma proativa na resolução de conflitos e negociação de prioridades, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos e compromissos assumidos.Promover a cultura de planejamento, controle, disciplina de prazos e gestão por indicadores na organização.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em Engenharia Civil ou Mecânica, preferencialmente.Desejável pós graduação em Gestão de Projetos.Experiência significativa nas áreas de planejamento, controle de projetos, engenharia, obras, infraestrutura, orçamento, gestão de CAPEX/OPEX ou áreas correlatas.Habilitação categoria B.Pacote Office Intermediário.
