Se esse propósito faz seus olhos brilharem, venha ser #SUPERHERO também!Como Engenheiro(a) de Software Sênior, sua missão será: Construir soluções de software que coloquem IA generativa no centro dos nossos produtos e da forma como desenvolvemos tecnologia. Buscamos uma pessoa genuinamente hands-on, que continue escrevendo código de produção e já tenha transformado aplicações com LLM de conceito em sistemas utilizados por usuários reais. Você terá autonomia para atuar de ponta a ponta, desde decisões de arquitetura até a entrada em produção, assumindo responsabilidade por qualidade, latência, custo, confiabilidade e evolução das soluções.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProjetar, desenvolver e colocar em produção sistemas baseados em LLM;

Construir soluções envolvendo RAG, agentes e sistemas multiagente, fine-tuning e pipelines de avaliação;

Evoluir aplicações de GenAI de prova de conceito para soluções utilizadas por usuários reais;

Acompanhar e otimizar custo, latência, qualidade e confiabilidade das aplicações;

Criar mecanismos de avaliação sistemática dos sistemas, incluindo golden datasets e abordagens como LLM-as-judge;

Definir guardrails e mecanismos que aumentem a segurança e previsibilidade das aplicações;

Assumir ownership técnico sobre iniciativas críticas, tomando decisões e avaliando trade-offs de arquitetura;

Trabalhar diretamente com Produto e áreas de negócio para transformar problemas reais em soluções de software;

Acompanhar os resultados das soluções implementadas e utilizar dados para orientar sua evolução;

Atuar diretamente na implementação das soluções, mantendo uma rotina técnica e próxima do código.

Requisitos e qualificações7+ anos de experiência construindo software, mantendo atuação técnica e escrevendo código de produção atualmente;

Experiência comprovada colocando sistemas baseados em LLM em produção, indo além do uso de ferramentas de assistência à programação;

Experiência prática com pelo menos algumas das frentes de RAG, agentes, fine-tuning ou avaliação de sistemas com LLM;

Capacidade de tomar decisões de arquitetura e avaliar trade-offs relacionados a custo, performance, latência e confiabilidade;

Histórico de protagonismo técnico, tendo liderado, criado ou escalado iniciativas críticas com contribuição individual identificável;

Formação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Matemática ou áreas correlatas, ou trajetória que demonstre sólida formação técnica;

Autonomia, profundidade técnica, capacidade analítica e orientação a resultados;Desejáveis: Passagem por startups, empresas de tecnologia ou ambientes com elevada exigência técnica;

Experiência trabalhando em estruturas enxutas e com alta autonomia;

Produção técnica pública, como projetos open source, artigos, palestras ou conteúdos de engenharia;

Capacidade de transitar entre tecnologia, produto e negócio;
