Que tal unir-se ao nosso time? Estamos buscando uma posição de Técnico de Manutenção que irá atuar junto de nossa área operacional.Descubra mais sobre as características dessa posição abaixo e boa sorte!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar rondas diárias e preventivas no campus, para evidenciar condições de limpeza, manutenção predial e jardinagem e direcionar as não conformidades para as respectivas equipes solucionarem;Realizar a leitura de chamados e atender os clientes internos de acordo com a prioridade;Realizar o planejamento e controle da manutenção;Gerenciar e distribuir as demandas para equipe de manutenção;Desenvolver novos fornecedores e solicitar orçamentos;Analisar em campo os problemas de manutenção e planejar a correção junto a equipe própria e ou fornecedores;Elaborar relatórios diagnósticos de manutenção para planejamento de Manutenções;Elaborar escopo de manutenção, solicitar orçamento e planejar execução junto a fornecedores;Acompanhar em campo as manutenções de diversas áreas (Elétrica, hidráulica, civil, ar-condicionado) e pequenas obras;Avaliar e validar a qualidade de limpeza, paisagismo, manutenção predial e pequenas obras;Liderar equipe de aproximadamente 5 pessoas;Entender a necessidade do cliente interno para atender serviços diversos e apoio a eventos;Realizar o levantamento de peças e materiais para suprir as necessidades de manutenção.
