Vaga para o time da Divisão 11 – Fábrica de Montagem Final.Buscamos profissionais que sejam inovadores, proativos e comprometidos com a excelência para atuar na manutenção mecânica de robôs industriais e equipamentos automatizados, contribuindo para a confiabilidade, disponibilidade e melhoria contínua dos processos produtivos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAumentar a eficiência na linha de produção de maneira de processos, finalizando o planejamento de produção em cooperação com a Produção; Aplicar treinamento e prova de colaboradores de linha de produção, impulsionando gestão de alocação de pessoas operacionais em linhas de produção; Analisar e lidar com relamações pós-venda a tempo, evitando perigos escondidos e riscos de metodologias de processos existentes, diminuindo PP100 do IQS; Aplicar otimização e implementar montagem experimental de peças em cooperação com a IQC, avaliando a montagem de peça, melhorar a metodologia de processo quando for necessário para garantir mudança de peça com sucesso; Conforme problemas proeminentes no relatório de qualidade, elaborar plano de melhoria de processo com utilização de equipamentos de processo ou alteração de procedimento operacional para garantir aumento contínuo de qualidade de modelo; Como líder do grupo de submontagem, responsável por elaboração de documentação de processo de submontagem, coordenar tarefa e monitorar progresso do grupo, optimizar fluxo de processo, aumentar eficiência geral de produção. Como responsável de modelo, gerenciar progresso de projeto de desenvolvimento de processo, definir tarefas de documentação de modelo desenvolvido, coordenar recuro para plano de validação de modelo, garantir finalizar a tempo a tarefa de desenvolvimento e a documentação estar conforme aos requisitos, resolver a tempo problemas achados na validação. Responsável por gestão de mudanças como projeto exclusivo, eleborar fluxo de gestão de mudanças, garantir implementação de mudanças normativa e efetiva, reduzir risco de mudanças. Como responsável do sistema BOM, manter e otimizar o sistema BOM, garantir precisão e integridade dos dados da BOM, oferecer suporte à implementação de alta eficácia de plano de produção e gestão de materiais. Como POC (point of contact) de ferramentas de produção, responsável por desenvolvimento, compras, manutenção e renovação de ferramentas de produção, coordenar departamentos relacionados para garantir as ferramentas atenderem as demandas de produção, otimizar o uso de ferramentas, aumentar eficiência e qualidade de produção.Como janela de peças rastreáveis, elaborar fluxo e padrão de gestão de peças rastreáveis da planta, definir identificação, registro e meio de rastreio de peças rastreáveis, coordenar resolver problemas achados de peças rastreáveis na produção e montagem, garantir integridade e precisão de informações de rastreabilidade. Finalizar trabalhos de dia-a-dia tais como implementação de projeto de melhoria e elaboração de proposta de melhoria mensais a tempo, apresentando ideias de trabalho e reportando status de trabalho para chefe a tempo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBacharelado em Mecânica, Engenharia Automotiva, Elétrico, Material ou equivalentes.Sólida experiência em gestão relacionada na planta.Fluência em inglês (falado e escrito).Bom domínio do Pacote Office.Conhecimento em fabricação mecânica.Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em Camaçari-BA.
