Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsável por planejamento de processos, layout e melhoria contínua do sistema de transportação da planta de Montagem Final (transmissão por atrito, transportador de skids/corrente, transporte flexível de AGV, ect.), garantindo ritmo de circulação estável do veículo, posicionamento preciso e estabilidade de funcionamento da linha.Conduzir a preparação de processos de transporte na fase NPI, atuando na revisão de parâmetros técnicos dos transportadores, validação em simulação, verificação de interferência, depuração conjunta e aceitação da linha.Responder rapidamente e resolver anomalia operacional de transportador (como travamento, dessincronização de velocidade, desequilíbrio de tensão, desvio de posicionamento, acionamento indevido de sensor, congestionamento do buffer, etc.), melhorando o OEE e a estabilidade da linha.Atuar em conjunto com os times de equipamento, automação, elétrica, qualidade e manufatura para combinação de interface, data linkage, otimização de lógica entre o sistema de transportação, as estações de montagem, os robôs e o MES.Promover melhoria do sistema de transportação, otimizando estratégia operacional de carga vazia/cheia, lógica de partida e parada e eficiência de troca de model.

Requisitos e qualificações Bacharelado em Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Industrial, Engenharia de Controle e Automação Industrial ou equivalentes.Sólida experiência em engenharia de processos/equipamentos em sistema de transportação para montagem final automotiva, conhecimento em principais formas de transportação, tais como transmissão por atrito, transportador de skids, correntes transportadora de passo duplo, manobra de AGV, etc.Bom domínio dos design softwares 2D/3D, como AutoCAD e UGNX, habilidades de planejamento de layout de transportador e verificação de interferência entre objetos em movimento, conhecimento de CLP, seleção de sensor e fundamento elétrico.Conhecimento da norma IAFT 16949 e das ferramentas APQP, PPAP e FMEA, com bom domínio da análise de cadência produtiva, identificação de gargalos e ferramentas de melhoria contínua.Habilidades de análise de problema em campo e de coordenação entre áreas, com adaptabilidade na fase de depuração da linha de produção.Habilidade de leitura de documentação técnica em inglês, experiência em projetos com montadoras de veículos ou fornecedores de equipamentos de transporte automatizado, como KUKA, Dürr e ABB, ect.Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em Camaçari-Ba.
