Apoiar análises de incidentes em produção e validação de causa raiz; Participar de processos de Problem Management, contribuindo para a prevenção de recorrências; Validar impactos de mudanças, releases e GMUDs sob a perspectiva de qualidade; Atuar preventivamente na identificação de riscos antes das implantações; Participar da correlação e investigação de incidentes, apoiando a identificação de padrões e recorrências; Apoiar o monitoramento da qualidade das aplicações após implantações.

Estratégia e Execução de Testes

Realizar testes exploratórios para identificação de cenários não mapeados; Executar testes funcionais, regressivos e homologações; Atuar em testes de regressão baseados em risco, principalmente após correções de incidentes; Reforçar a validação end-to-end considerando APIs, integrações e dependências; Apoiar a definição de critérios de aceite e estratégias de teste; Elaborar cenários e casos de teste; Participar dos refinamentos de requisitos visando garantir a testabilidade das soluções; Contribuir para a evolução contínua da cobertura de testes manuais e automatizados; Apoiar validações em aplicações web, mobile e APIs.

Indicadores e Monitoramento

Acompanhar indicadores de qualidade e estabilidade das aplicações; Apoiar a análise de métricas de defeitos, reincidência de incidentes e cobertura de testes; Utilizar dados de observabilidade e monitoramento para apoiar investigações e validações pós-implantação; Garantir o registro e a rastreabilidade das evidências das validações realizadas.
