Buscamos um(a) Especialista de Controladoria para atuar na estruturação, aprimoramento e gestão dos processos de Controladoria e Custos, contribuindo para a confiabilidade das informações gerenciais, eficiência dos processos e suporte à tomada de decisão.Essa posição terá atuação estratégica na reestruturação do departamento de Custos, implementação de metodologias de custeio, estruturação de centros de custos e critérios de rateio, além da padronização, automação e melhoria contínua dos processos de Controladoria.Buscamos um(a) profissional analítico(a), proativo(a), organizado(a) e com visão sistêmica, capaz de atuar com autonomia na estruturação e melhoria de processos de Controladoria e Custos.É importante possuir capacidade de análise crítica, visão de negócio, orientação para resultados e habilidade para interagir com diferentes áreas, além de facilidade para transformar dados e informações financeiras em análises que apoiem decisões estratégicas.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO(a) Especialista de Controladoria será responsável por, estruturar e garantir a qualidade das informações geradas, apoiando a gestão na análise de resultados e no planejamento econômico-financeiro da empresa.Principais responsabilidades:Apoiar na reestruturação do departamento de custos;

Executar cálculo de custo no SAP/4HANA

;Conciliar apuração de custos FI X CO;Implantar provisão de estoques obsoletos conforme CPC 16;Acompanhar data de vencimento dos lotes de insumos visando a contabilização;Estruturar centros de custos e critérios de rateios, centros de custos diretos e indiretos;Implementar custo por absorção via tarifas HO-MOD e HR-MAQAtuar na padronização, melhoria contínua e automação de processos de controladoria;Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, implementações/controle de dashboards e análises para suporte à tomada de decisão;Trabalhar de forma integrada com os departamentos de contabilidade, fiscal, financeiros, jurídico e demais área do negócio;Apoiar auditorias internas/externas, controles internos, governança e demandas estratégicas da liderança.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em contabilidade, economia ou administração;Desejável pós graduação, MBA ou especializações em controladoria, finanças ou áreas afins;Conhecimento sólido em custos, contabilidade, finanças corporativas, orçamento, forecast, controladoria, DRE gerencial e indicadores de desempenho;Boa compreensão de contabilidade societária e gerencial, com capacidade de transitar entre visão contábil e visão de negócio;Conhecimento/experiência com o sistema SAP 4HANA como diferencial;Excel avançado (modelagens, análises, tabelas dinâmicas);Conhecimento em Power BI ou outras ferramentas de BI será considerado diferencial;Familiaridade com automação de relatórios, bases de dados e integração de informações; eConhecimento em orçamento matricial, centros de custos e análise de viabilidade econômica.Habilidades comportamentais:Perfil analítico, organizado e orientado a resultados;Boa comunicação para traduzir números em análises claras e objetivas;Visão crítica, proatividade, dinamismo, senso de gestão de tempo, senso de gestão de demandas e senso de responsabilidade; eFacilidade para atuar de forma colaborativa e próxima das áreas do negócio.Informações adicionaisModelo de contratação PJDesconto para plano de saúdeWellhubSeguro de vidaDescontos nos produtos VB
