Buscamos um profissional para atuar como Responsável Técnico e Especialista de Produto – Escavadeiras Hidráulicas, oferecendo suporte técnico especializado às operações, equipes de serviços e clientes.Esse profissional será referência técnica na identificação e resolução de falhas complexas, com foco na disponibilidade, confiabilidade e desempenho dos equipamentos.Atuará diretamente com sistemas hidráulicos, eletrônicos e embarcados, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento de soluções técnicas, melhoria contínua dos produtos, evolução tecnológica e capacitação das equipes, garantindo a excelência no atendimento e suporte aos clientes

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como especialista técnico em escavadeiras hidráulicas, sendo referência no suporte às equipes de campo, serviços e clientes.Realizar diagnósticos avançados em sistemas hidráulicos, elétricos e eletrônicos, identificando falhas e propondo soluções técnicas.Conduzir análises de falhas em campo, identificando causas raízes e estabelecendo planos de ação corretivos e preventivos.Elaborar relatórios técnicos relacionados a falhas, desempenho, confiabilidade e disponibilidade dos equipamentos.Aplicar metodologias estruturadas de diagnóstico e solução de problemas (troubleshooting) em situações de alta complexidade.Interpretar diagramas hidráulicos, elétricos e esquemas eletrônicos para identificação e resolução de problemas.Utilizar ferramentas de diagnóstico eletrônico e softwares de monitoramento embarcado.Analisar dados operacionais, indicadores de desempenho e perdas de produtividade, propondo melhorias na performance dos equipamentos.Prestar suporte técnico especializado a clientes estratégicos e equipes de manutenção em campo.Desenvolver e ministrar treinamentos técnicos para mecânicos, técnicos de campo, instrutores e clientes.Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de Engenharia, Qualidade e Pós-Vendas na implementação de melhorias contínuas e soluções técnicas.Participar de investigações técnicas relacionadas à segurança operacional, confiabilidade e disponibilidade dos equipamentos.Elaborar, revisar e atualizar procedimentos técnicos, boletins de serviço e materiais de treinamento.Realizar visitas técnicas a clientes e operações dos segmentos de mineração, construção e infraestrutura.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatóriosEnsino superior completo em Engenharia Mecânica, Mecatrônica, Elétrica ou áreas correlatas.Registro ativo no CREA.Experiência comprovada com escavadeiras hidráulicas e equipamentos de linha amarela.Vivência em Engenharia de Produto, Engenharia de Campo, Serviços ou suporte técnico especializado.Conhecimento avançado em sistemas hidráulicos, elétricos e eletrônicos de equipamentos pesados.Experiência em diagnóstico de falhas, análise de causa raiz e resolução de problemas técnicos complexos.Conhecimento em interpretação de diagramas hidráulicos e elétricos, ferramentas de diagnóstico e sistemas eletrônicos embarcados.Inglês intermediário para leitura de documentação técnica e interação com fornecedores internacionais.Competências comportamentaisCapacidade analítica e resolução de problemas.Comunicação clara, boa didática e facilidade para ministrar treinamentos.Proatividade, senso de urgência e foco em resultados.Organização, colaboração e orientação ao cliente.DiferenciaisExperiência com escavadeiras de grande porte utilizadas em mineração.Vivência em fabricantes de equipamentos pesados (OEM).Conhecimento em telemetria, redes CAN Bus e sistemas de monitoramento remoto.Experiência em engenharia de confiabilidade e melhoria contínua.
