Gente com vontade de facilitar a vida financeira das pessoas e impulsionar negócios!Tá a fim de uma carreira que rende mais? Confira essa oportunidade e #VemProPags!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar a gestão e evolução do produto de Capital de Giro com garantia FGI ao longo de todo o ciclo de vida do produto.Definir e priorizar roadmap de iniciativas voltadas para crescimento da carteira, aumento de conversão, escalabilidade operacional e melhoria da experiência do cliente.Estruturar e acompanhar indicadores de performance, produção, rentabilidade, inadimplência, utilização das garantias e eficiência operacional.Atuar na construção de estratégias de originação e expansão da oferta para diferentes segmentos de clientes.Realizar estudos de mercado, benchmarking e análise da concorrência para identificação de oportunidades de crescimento e diferenciação.Coordenar a implementação de novas funcionalidades, regras de negócio, integrações sistêmicas e melhorias de jornada digital.Apoiar as áreas comerciais na estruturação de estratégias de distribuição e posicionamento do produto.Atuar como especialista na interpretação e aplicação das regras operacionais e elegibilidade relacionadas ao FGI.Garantir o alinhamento das iniciativas às políticas de crédito, riscos, compliance e requisitos regulatórios.Elaborar materiais executivos e apresentações para fóruns gerenciais, comitês e alta liderança.Participar da definição de estratégias para otimização da utilização do fundo garantidor e ampliação da capacidade de concessão de crédito.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Finanças ou áreas correlatas.Experiência consolidada em gestão de produtos financeiros para Pessoa Jurídica.Vivência em Capital de Giro, crédito para empresas ou produtos de financiamento empresarial.Conhecimento de estruturas de garantias de crédito e mitigadores de risco.Experiência na definição e gestão de roadmap de produtos.Capacidade analítica para avaliação de indicadores de negócio e elaboração de business cases.Conhecimento de processos de crédito, formalização, concessão e gestão de carteira.Experiência em atuação multidisciplinar envolvendo áreas de negócio e tecnologia.Informações adicionaisPara se destacar na posição, seria interessante que possuaExperiência com operações garantidas pelo FGI.Conhecimento das linhas de crédito BNDES e programas de fomento.Experiência com produtos de capital de giro com garantias reais ou fidejussórias.Conhecimento de recebíveis de cartão, duplicatas e demais ativos utilizados como garantia de crédito.Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis e frameworks de gestão de produtos.Conhecimento em modelagem financeira e acompanhamento de rentabilidade de produtos.Experiência em instituições financeiras, fintechs, bancos digitais ou plataformas de crédito
