Somos uma multinacional com alma brasileira.Curta nossa página de carreira no Linkedin para saber mais sobre nosso dia-a-dia!Se você se identifica com a C&A e procura uma empresa, acima de tudo, apaixonada por pessoas, #VemPraCeA.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar, gerenciar e executar projetos estratégicos de Supply Chain e Logística, garantindo entregas dentro do escopo, prazo, qualidade e orçamento definidos;Liderar iniciativas de transformação logística, incluindo projetos de transporte, visibilidade da cadeia, rastreabilidade e tecnologias aplicadas à operação;Desenvolver planos de projeto detalhados, definindo cronogramas, marcos, recursos necessários, dependências e gestão de riscos;Mapear e revisar processos logísticos, identificando oportunidades de melhoria, eficiência operacional, redução de custos e aumento do nível de serviço;Atuar na implementação e evolução de soluções de RFID, garantindo alinhamento entre processos, sistemas e operação;Conduzir projetos relacionados a transportes, incluindo expansão de malha, contratação e gestão de operadores logísticos, otimização de custos e melhorias de performance;Coordenar e influenciar equipes multidisciplinares, atuando como ponto focal entre áreas de negócio, tecnologia, operações, fornecedores e demais stakeholders;Monitorar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), analisando resultados e propondo ações corretivas e oportunidades de melhoria contínua;Elaborar apresentações executivas e materiais para comitês, reportando status, riscos, decisões e resultados dos projetos;Garantir a documentação, governança e rastreabilidade das informações dos projetos, mantendo registros organizados e acessíveis.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Engenharia, Administração, Logística, Supply Chain ou áreas correlatas;Inglês avançado;Experiência em gestão de projetos e/ou PMO;Experiência em projetos logísticos, Supply Chain ou operações;Conhecimento em metodologias de gestão de projetos;Capacidade analítica para interpretação de dados, indicadores e tomada de decisão;Excelente comunicação e habilidade para gestão de stakeholders em diferentes níveis organizacionais.DiferenciaisExperiência em projetos de Transportes, Logística de Distribuição e otimização de frete;Experiência em implementação ou expansão de soluções RFID;Vivência em varejo, moda ou fast fashion;Conhecimento em WMS, TMS e sistemas relacionados à Supply Chain;Experiência em projetos de automação, transformação digital ou visibilidade logística.
