A Tahto somos nós!#soutahtoResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o dimensionamento e elaborar projetos de soluções de TI para Contact Center: Redes de computadores, ambiente public/private cloud, Firewalls e soluções de Data Center (DNS, WAF e DHCP);Entender tecnicamente as necessidades dos clientes, identificar as soluções oferecidas pela empresa que atendam a estas necessidades e apresentar as funcionalidades e benefícios destas soluções;Desenhar soluções de implantação e planejamento que garantam a robustez do ambiente produtivo sob a ótica de arquitetura de infraestrutura de TI e Cibersegurança;Avaliar e identificar possíveis melhorias no ambiente produtivo; Analisar RFP, RFI e editais identificando a necessidade dos clientes, dimensionando soluções conforme especificações técnicas solicitadas e aferir o atendimento da solução dimensionada para cada item especificado no termo de referência do edital; Realizar contato com fabricantes e fornecedores para desenvolvimento de soluções para os clientes e para aprimoramento do conhecimento; Participar de treinamentos e certificações das soluções contidas no portfólio da empresa; Prover treinamento sobre as soluções técnicas criadas pelo time de arquitetura para a equipe comercial.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórioEnsino Superior completo em Ciências da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Redes ou áreas correlatas;Diferenciais/Requisitos DesejáveisExperiência em dimensionamento e elaboração de projetos de soluções de TI para Contact Center: Redes de computadores, ambiente public/private cloud, Firewalls e soluções de Data Center (DNS, WAF e DHCP);Experiência com planejamento e arquitetura de soluções do ecossistema Fortinet;Experiência com soluções do ecossistema CloudFlare;Experiência na tratativa com fornecedores terceiros; Experiência na elaboração de questionamentos e respostas técnicas para editas de licitações e RFP’s; Experiência com desenho de solução de infraestrutura e cibersegurança.  Certificações associadas a Soluções de Contact Center e Infraestrutura (NSE1, NSE2, NSE3, CCNA ou CompTIA Security+ ); Conhecimento Avançado em Pacote Office incluindo MS Visio; Desejável: Inglês (e-mails, conversação e calls).
