Estamos em busca de um(a) Especialista em Transformação de Processospara liderar a transformação prática da IA na Böllhoff Brasil, atuando de forma transversal com forte interface com a liderança local e com stakeholders na Alemanha.

Buscamos uma pessoa com visão de negócio, processos, automação e inovação — alguém capaz de identificar oportunidades, conduzir pilotos, apoiar a adoção de novas soluções e gerar impacto real para a organização.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades

Identificar oportunidades de aplicação de IA, automação e soluções digitais para melhorar a eficiência e os processos de negócio. Atuar com diferentes áreas para compreender dores, mapear oportunidades e priorizar iniciativas com base no impacto para o negócio. Conduzir pilotos, testes e implementação de soluções, acompanhando resultados e apoiando a expansão das iniciativas. Analisar processos de ponta a ponta, propondo simplificação, padronização e automação. Apoiar líderes e colaboradores na adoção de novas soluções e no uso responsável da IA. Desenvolver treinamentos e ações de capacitação para diferentes públicos. Atuar em parceria com áreas internas, TI e governança global de IA, garantindo alinhamento com diretrizes, segurança e requisitos de proteção de dados. Acompanhar resultados, riscos e evolução das iniciativas, comunicando-se com clareza com stakeholders locais e globais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos

Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação, Transformação Digital ou áreas correlatas. Experiência com transformação digital, melhoria de processos, automação, inovação ou implementação de tecnologia. Vivência em gestão de projetos e iniciativas multifuncionais. Conhecimento em Lean, melhoria contínua e análise de processos. Entendimento prático de IA aplicada ao negócio e forte interesse por novas tecnologias. Familiaridade com ferramentas como Power Automate, N8N, Claude, Copilot, Langdock ou similares será um diferencial. Residir em Jundiaí/SP ou região. Experiência no setor automotivo ou em indústria seriada. Inglês avançado é obrigatório. Alemão será um diferencial. Home office uma vez por semana.
