Então, "Vem pra cá, vem pra cá"!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Especialista Jurídico, você vai:Revisar, analisar e elaborar contratos de diversas naturezas (prestação de serviços, fornecimento, parcerias, licenciamento, NDAs, termos de uso e instrumentos comerciais em geral), nacionais e internacionais, de média e alta complexidade;Responder consultas jurídicas de áreas internas (comercial, marketing, operações, financeira), emitindo pareceres e opiniões legais com objetividade e orientação prática ao negócio;Negociar diretamente com contratantes, fornecedores e parceiros estratégicos, participando de rodadas de negociação e propondo redações alternativas que protejam a empresa sem travar o negócio;Identificar, mensurar e mitigar riscos contratuais, conduzindo análises de risco e escalando temas críticos com recomendações claras;Padronizar e otimizar o processo contratual: desenvolver e atualizar minutas-modelo (templates), cláusulas-padrão e playbooks de negociação, aumentando a velocidade das análises;Apoiar a gestão do ciclo de vida dos contratos (CLM), incluindo organização de prazos, renovações e obrigações, e uso de ferramentas e de IA aplicada à revisão contratual.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara a posição, você precisa ter:Graduação em Direito com OAB ativa;Sólida experiência em direito contratual corporativo, com prática comprovada em elaboração, revisão e negociação de contratos de média e alta complexidade;Domínio da teoria geral dos contratos e da legislação correlata: Código Civil, CDC, LGPD, direito empresarial e regulatório setorial aplicável;Inglês avançado, com capacidade real de revisar, redigir e negociar contratos em inglês e interagir com contrapartes estrangeiras;Técnica de negociação e redação: domínio de cláusulas de responsabilidade, garantias, indenidades, exclusão/limitação de responsabilidade, propriedade intelectual e resolução de disputas;Experiência com ferramentas de gestão contratual (CLM) e familiaridade com IA aplicada à análise de contratos.Desejável:Pós-graduação em Direito Contratual/Empresarial;Experiência prévia com contratos bancários/financeiros (operações de crédito, contratos de garantia, regulação BACEN/CVM aplicável a contratos).;Experiência com contratos de mídia/comunicação/publicidade;Vivência internacional ou com contratos cross-border bilíngues.
