A Caldic busca um(a) Especialista de SAP SD para atuar na gestão de melhorias, projetos e iniciativas relacionadas aos processos Order to Cash (OTC) em toda a América Latina. Esse profissional será responsável por otimizar os processos comerciais, desde a entrada do pedido até o recebimento do pagamento, promovendo a integração entre sistemas, a eficiência operacional e o alinhamento das soluções tecnológicas às necessidades do negócio.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na gestão de  melhorias, projetos e ações relacionadas à cadeia de processos Order to Cash (OTC) em nível LATAM. Este profissional será responsável por garantir a evolução contínua dos processos comerciais, alinhando soluções às necessidades do negócio, promovendo integração entre sistemas e assegurando eficiência operacional desde a entrada do pedido até o recebimento do pagamento.Gerenciar o portfólio de demandas relacionadas ao SAP SD e processos Order to Cash.Atuar como ponto focal para definição de prioridades junto às áreas de Vendas, Customer Service, Logística, Crédito e Finanças.Propor soluções inovadoras para otimização dos processos de vendas, faturamento, pricing e gestão de pedidos.Coordenar fornecedores e consultores funcionais externos para garantir entregas dentro do prazo e da qualidade esperada.Conduzir melhorias em sistemas satélites integrados ao SAP, incluindo CRM, EDI, plataformas de e-commerce e soluções fiscais.Garantir alinhamento com equipes de diferentes países da América Latina, promovendo colaboração e padronização de processos.Apoiar iniciativas de transformação digital relacionadas aos processos comerciais e de atendimento ao cliente.Analisar impactos de mudanças de negócio em processos OTC, propondo soluções escaláveis e aderentes às melhores práticas SAP.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência sólida em SAP SD e processos Order to Cash.Fluência em inglês e espanhol (interações frequentes com equipes LATAM).Experiência em gestão de demandas e projetos (priorização, acompanhamento e entrega).Conhecimento em configuração dos processos de Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Billing, Shipping e Credit Management.Conhecimento básico em ABAP e integração com sistemas satélites.Desejável conhecimento em outros módulos SAP, especialmente FI, MM, WM/EWM, TM e CRM.5+ anos de experiência em funções especializadas, necessariamente relacionadas a SAP SD e processos Order to Cash. Histórico comprovado em projetos SAP RISE, S/4HANA, Fiori, integrações via CPI/BTP, DRC e rollouts globais.Experiência em indústrias alimentícias, farmacêuticas, químicas ou de distribuição. (diferencial)Vivência em ambientes multiculturais e regionais. Habilidade para trabalhar com metodologias ágeis e gestão de portfólio.Conhecimento em processos fiscais brasileiros relacionados ao faturamento, transporte e documentação eletrônica.Comprovada capacidade de atuar de forma cross-functional, interagindo com equipes de diferentes áreas e países.Graduação completa em Administração, Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.Fluência em inglês e espanhol para comunicação com equipes LATAM.Experiência em gestão de demandas e projetos, incluindo priorização e acompanhamento de entregas.Conhecimento em integração entre SAP SD e módulos relacionados, especialmente FI, MM e WM/EWM.Experiência com suporte funcional, melhorias contínuas e projetos de implementação SAP.Informações adicionais A Caldic é líder global em soluções de distribuição, atendendo a diversos mercados ao redor do mundo.
