Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstagiário(a) de Social MediaApoiar o planejamento e a organização do calendário de conteúdos para redes sociais.Realizar publicações e agendamento de posts.Auxiliar na criação de legendas, roteiros e conteúdos para Instagram, Facebook, TikTok e demais plataformas.Suporte no acompanhamento de tendências, formatos e oportunidades de conteúdo.Monitorar comentários, mensagens e interações nas redes sociais.Apoio na cobertura de eventos, treinamentos e ações promocionais.Organizar banco de imagens e vídeos.Apoiar o acompanhamento de influenciadores e creators parceiros.Auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios de desempenho das redes sociais.Dar suporte às demais demandas da equipe de Marketing.

       Estagiário(a) de Design Gráfico

Auxiliar na criação de peças para redes sociais, campanhas promocionais e mídia digital.Desenvolver materiais gráficos para lojas, PDV, eventos e ações de Trade Marketing.Apoiar na criação de banners, folders, catálogos, apresentações e materiais institucionais.Realizar adaptações de peças para diferentes formatos e canais de comunicação.Organizar arquivos, templates e banco de imagens da equipe.Dar suporte na edição básica de imagens e tratamento de fotos.Auxiliar na criação e adaptação de identidades visuais para campanhas sazonais.Contribuir para a padronização da comunicação visual das marcas do Grupo IAP.Dar suporte às demais demandas de criação do time de Marketing.

Requisitos e qualificações       Estagiário(a) de Social MediaCursando Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Jornalismo, Comunicação Social ou áreas correlatas.Interesse por redes sociais, produção de conteúdo e tendências digitais.Boa comunicação, criatividade e organização.Conhecimento em redes sociais será um diferencial.

       Estagiário(a) de Design GráficoCursando Design Gráfico, Design, Publicidade e Propaganda ou áreas correlatas.Interesse por criação visual, identidade de marca e comunicação.Conhecimento em ferramentas de criação e edição gráfica.Criatividade, organização e atenção aos detalhes.Conhecimento em Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator ou ferramentas similares será um diferencial.
